  1. Sounds like a leak to me. Its a magura disc, so maybe try sending it back to them as they give a 5 year leak cover warrenty thing i think. Otherwise, buy an Avid
  2. There is so many topics on discs its unbeleivable. Avid BB7, Juicy 7 or Hope Mono Trial. They all work great, only difference is the price.

    Ouch

He didnt die . Ive seen a video from seconds afterwards where he gets up lol. Hes fine, just bruises etc.
  6. King cogs are only £25 i beleive. Aspire. I reckon its worth the extra fiver.
  7. King cog from aspirevelotech on ebay
  8. Look for fred miranda forums or something, i went on it earlier and it seemed very good. No idea about how busy it is, but there looked to be a lot of very good photographers on there.
  9. I would recomend echo cranks, theyre lovely. Only from an aesthetic point of view though, as i havent ridden any. I have tensiles at the mo and theyre nice so if you like them then stick with them.
  10. No idea where to find it now. It was in trials chat a while ago though.
  11. From the floor i guess he meant, else they took the picture of the guy running his frame upside down too seriously.
  12. Good old vice and hacksaw will get the steerer straight. As for whether they are worth the cash, i would say yes (not being biased or anything). The newer monty stuff seems to be pretty good quality, and the 221pr range as a whole is very good value imo. They probably feel very similar to the 221Ti forks, but just not made of the same material.
  13. The black echo lite's. The rear wheel is right the way forward.
  14. My friends team is almost bang on 1000mm, its the short version. Dont beleive the hype, deng can use a ruler.
  15. Personally i would go for the GU, as it looks nicer. Thats the only real difference. The GU also has a slightly higher BB, making it feel a tiny bit shorter. Not noticeably i wouldn't have thought.
  16. Heres mine, just a picture i took that i liked. Not completly sure how to use the thumbnail thing.
  17. Depends what type of account you have as to how much they take from you. I have a business account and they take 4% ish, it sucks. If you wanted a proper e commerce system made by a real web designer, youll be shelling out £1000+, so paypal is by far the better option.
  18. Yeah, its all gravy, checked it on crucial.com beforehand. Fresh windows fixed it all, and oh my god its so much faster without all the shit that builds up.
  19. Si and br3n do a great job. Cheap too. Check out my site for a nice example. Here.
  20. Okies, i did have a little try at that earlier anyway, so i doubt its something loose. He wanted a fresh windows install so we're trying that first.
  21. Perhaps, ill try the cmos thing? Then make sure everything is snug.
  22. Hmm, didnt have to do it on mine. But yeh, thats what i was guessing, problem is, the bit where you pu the code in doesnt appear:
  23. Righto, my brother bought some new ram to speed his pc up a bit. So in it goes happy happy. Boot it up, doesnt work. We discover he has a duff ram slot, not too bothered. Put the ram in the 3rd slot and its all gravy, shows up at the beginning of the boot up as 768mb of ram. We get to the log in screen, and choose his profile, it takes ageeeeees to do anything, and then comes up as some messages about activating windows (peice of shit). We click ok, and it opens a box, which i presume would have something in, but as its a computer and nothing ever works, all that is in the box is two little icons which look like a file not found sort of thing. Anyone got any idea at all why putting extra ram in will have done this? We tried without the new ram and it still does it.
  24. Yeah, its well and truely screwed. To the drill we go.
  25. Yeah, spent a whole day trying to find one in the first place heh. Its just i tend to be a bit ham fisted I think its cos it was pretty dirty and the key doesnt tend to go in all the way.
