I bought my bmx king from mike singleton years ago, i was intending to get a brand new one, but mike had one cheap which had been used by a bmxer for a while, so was bedded in perfectly. It's faultless, and i cant see that changing. In my opinion, if you bed it in properly and service it more than once every blue moon, you cannot buy a better hub.

I thought mine might be skipping as it did the same as you decribed, but i noticed i'd kinked one of the links in my chain. Probably worth giving that a look over before doing anything else, as when a king skips they tend to go a far way.

Theres nothing essentially wrong with an ACS, but straight out of the box you have to "modify" it so that it doesnt fall apart everytime you go down a hill. I was simply implying that a freewheel which lasts just as long, but has many more engagements, for a similar price would obviously outsell the ACS.

Seems like a reasonable decision? Hamilton overtook, realised he could get screwed over, so let trulli back ahead. He then lied to the stewards and said he didn't allow him past. They realised he was telling fibs and docked him points. Makes sense to me, fairly harsh, but at the end of the day you cant hide evidence from the officials to gain places.

I think the line up's pretty sweet, it may not be as good as last year, but what on earth is going to beat rage. I go for the atmosphere more than the music, who can turn down 4 days of absolute insanity just because a few of the bands are whack. I listened to about half of the bands i wanted to last year because the line up was too good, so who cares? Go to reading, get wasted, see a few bands, get a bit more wasted, hope no-one burns your tent, go home with some amazing stories. Sorted.

Umm, please can you not try and persuade me to get on the 24" bandwagon. Less videos of having fun please.

I paid £80 for ENO years ago, it was f**kin' amazing for the price, i upgraded to a king simply because that was the only option. If they really retail at sub £30 then, as long as they are as/more reliable than an ACS, i can see them being a massive success. There is always a market for cheaper (maybe less long term solutions) freewheels, they may not last forever, but who can possibly complain at that price. I'm pretty surprised this would ever crop up, i'd say out of most trials brands, echo are one of the best. Admitedly, their freehub's have never been the best, but how many threads have you seen complaining about the weakness of an echo product? Compare that to monty/koxx...

If you're going for halls, try and get into francis drake, im in them at the mo and they are so much nicer than the others. Pretty much brand spank, im pretty sure this is the first year theyve been lived in, but they are 98 a week for a standard room. The others all smell funny.

I never really watched the first 2 series, like captain scarlet, and to be honest, i did enjoy the first episode. It did seem more like a comedy than a teen drama, but i never really expected anything serious so it didnt let me down. Who wants to watch something that portrays real life anyway, exageration is the only way to pull in audiences, and i think it did it pretty damn well.

It just seemed like you loved the saab, the clio is the sort of car you buy when you've just passed your test or turned 60. Desperate for cash, then maybe, otherwise, not a chance.
