  1. Meee, would have totally forgotten if it wasnt for this thread, thank the lord.
  2. Hah, oops. The same applies for the frames anyway.
  3. It all depends on whether you are willing to spend £1600 on a bike really. The Pr is very good for its price, but the Ti is at the forefront of trials, and has all the spangly bits you'd expect on a top spec bike. The Pr does ride very nicely indeed, and shamefully, i would have to say it feels nicer than my bike, despite the fact mine cost a hell of a lot more. I haven't ridden a Ti, but im guessing it will be pretty damn good.
  4. Get the fresh products ones if you can, notches are very handy. Smooth ones tend to slip a bit.
  5. The holes are just for cooling, if you have pads made from the same material as magura pads, then dont put holes in the rotor, it will just chop the crap out of them. As its made of alu it will be light too. Go for it, look for plazmatic disk rotors if you need inspiration.
  6. You have witnessesss! Well, we heard the noise as it fell apart
  7. Haha, ironically, the lite is pretty heavy. Its almost 2.1kg. Anyhoo, nice bike, blue always seem to go best with silver.
  8. Surely if its stiffer, that implies less leverage, therefore less power? In the same way that an RB lever makes a maggy spongetastic? But if not, then cool.
  9. Apart from flash, theres not much you can do. Because it is exposing for the foreground, the sky will always be over exposed unless you light the foreground.

Please, please, please, get rid of the red tyre. Part from the fact that red and purple can never even be seen within about 4 miles of each other, its pretty nice.
  11. Haha, funniest so far Loved the little noises you were making when TRA ran to your rescue.

I'm forevering hitting my head, and my helmet is f**ked because of it. But at least my brain still works.
  13. Go down you local photography shop and get your self a few films. Just mess around with the first one working out how it works, get it developed, see how you did. Learn from the mistakes and try to improve your second film, and so on. Looks like it's good gear, at least whenever it was made it was. Also, look for manuals on the net, or just go through some guides as they will tell you all you need to know.
  14. T-bird, the one with HS11's. Loved it, and will always remember the day i bought it and went straight over the bars. I didnt realise Maguras were so powerful compared to the vee's i had before. Didnt really get to ride it though, one of my buddies was always on it.
  15. The length between cranks and handlebars is normally what effects how it would feel in terms of length, as that is how far you have to reach. The forks being that much shorter could be noticeable, but most likely only got things that are solely front wheel orientated, like gaps to front wheel. It would effectively be like changing the head tube angle, except not changing the bar position.
  16. Quiet you. Was a pretty impressive feat though. Are ladies not allowed to drive in F1? Cos' there aren't any in it.
  17. Dont they always say "all we know, is that he....." And women cant drive that fast
  18. Very correct. Ah well, its just better.
  19. I think personally, its mostly lies. Chain stay length makes the most difference in terms of leverage, so a long bike with short stays will only be good for a tall rider. The reason the python is good for gaps etc is the long stays. Not just because it is long. Choose from frames with long stays if you want lots of leverage, or short stays if you want it to be flickable.
  20. Whatever difference they may give, gives no difference in the feel of the bike, which is ultimately all that really matters.
  21. But, who is the stig?! I always miss it, but watch it on the bbc site, no adverts, woop! The merc which clarkson moded was so good! Especially the fire in the back, its a shame you could turn, accelerate, brake, or anything really haha. 0-60 in 35 seconds, twice as slow as my corsa...
  22. I think i read that IOLO can do heat treating too, bets are on the fact he will do it for way cheap.
  23. New PC? If you havent, get that Xvid codec or something, think theres a link in videos forum on here. Other than that, you might have to talk to someone who knows something about pc's haha.
  24. Haha, gotta love the german. Ill see what the guys say, if the dont co-operate, then Mr Giant Tools and his cheap parts may be handy! Danke schon wayneeeee!
  25. Is the whole thing freezing up? Try it on a different player if you have one?
