Hi Guys, After my trip back to uni in the sodding rain I got my bike off the back of the car to notice the pad wasn't returning on one of the slaves. I've sprayed silcon spray around it hoping to free it up but it sounds really rough when i tried moving the slave with a pair of plyiers. I've bled the brake with a water/antifreeze solution and wondered if this was the cause. Is there any way of servicing these slaves? Or any options that could possibly work? Cheers, Steve-o x

I had a go on Mike Singleton's Phase that had exactly the same, I did feel a lot more grip although it was bone dry weather.

Hi Guys, I'm going to try a water/anti-freeze bleed with the Echo SL rim brake...anyone else tried this?? Wanted to know a good combination i.e. 1 part water, 1 part anti-freeze? Cheers, Steve
