Niconj said "tighten my cranks every ride"..."just hope that I can get off the cranks when it comes to changing the freewheel" and my post here was the answer. Which is far more relevant (even though kinda on a sidetrack) than the wonderful ass picture.
Trials may take a lot of time with a harsh learning curve... but nothing good is easy. For instance I've never gotten even slightly decent on a skateboard and put a ton of time into trying to learn- and thousands of kids do it with goods and gear available everywhere. Just my ¢2
Haha go for less hops and more time! Smaller quicker hops.... and watch some pro riders (like "uci trials super finals" on YouTube) they stand up nearly straight with the bike close to their hips. Then get yourself in front of a video camera and compare. That's how I learned
