we should start a scheme where a forum member sends a decent dog shit through the post to a scammer every day, nominate a list everyone can take part, just need a large dog egg, and a jiffy bag

went into the bank, basically nothing i can do, and there dropping overdrawn charges on me left right and centre, absolute bollocks, ill start filling them forms in again , worked last time. couldnt of come at a better time considering i already owe £200, now £330
-
This is getting so frustrating, apperently the phone calls are from a previous month as ive found matching amounts going out. but theyre charging me for them twice?! i definitely paid first time round as i had no money left now theyve taken another £130 off me! think i better go down to my local branch rather than speak to a woman the other side of the equator who cant grasp the concept of "skint"

just do it anyway? jokes can you not get a parent / older person to go with?

yeah ive checked my paypal and hsbc statements but they just dont match, i havnt spent over £20 on paypal in one go for at least 2- 3 weeks and this all showing today (24th april) on my hsbc. how can i save a print screen as an image? i'll show you what i mean i suppose its more hsbc issues rather than paypal in retrospect 24 Apr DR PAYPAL LTD 1.90 46.87 D 24 Apr DR PAYPAL LTD 3.99 44.97 D 24 Apr DR PAYPAL LTD 3.99 40.98 D 24 Apr DR PAYPAL LTD 17.50 36.99 D 24 Apr DR PAYPAL LTD 23.59 19.49 D 24 Apr DR PAYPAL LTD 30.92 4.10 24 Apr DR PAYPAL LTD 45.98 35.02 Payment To T Dawson 23 Apr. 2008 Completed Details -£9.06 GBP £0.00 GBP Transfer From Credit Card 23 Apr. 2008 Completed Details £0.22 GBP £0.00 GBP Payment To rachel eaves 23 Apr. 2008 Completed Details -£13.98 GBP £0.00 GBP Payment To sandra thomas 23 Apr. 2008 Completed Details -£5.00 GBP £0.00 GBP Payment To MARK NEWMAN 22 Apr. 2008 Completed Details -£3.99 GBP £0.00 GBP Payment To janet mcfarland 21 Apr. 2008 Completed Details -£4.64 GBP £0.00 GBP Payment To DAVID WILSON 21 Apr. 2008 Completed Details -£6.60 GBP £0.00 GBP Payment To Luke Roper 21 Apr. 2008 Completed Details -£10.00 GBP £0.00 GBP looks confusing, would of been 10 times easier with a mac . . .

i assumed that but none of the amounts match what so ever, hasn't happened like this before, perhaps it'll sort itslef out tomorrow, maybe the cheque hasnt cleared, doesn't look promising though. might have to get onto hsbc about security etc , the worse thing is as on paypal payments you can click the link to an ebay page of items etc, on hsbc it just says paypal plc or whatever

just had a look on my hsbc internet banking to check if cheque had cleared to find an unpleasent surprise. i was meant to be £80 in credit but im now nearly £50 overdrawn, all payments leaving my account today, when i havent paid for anything today, nor left myself logged in anywhere. id get print screens of the outgoings but i dont know how to save them as pictures and i cant find ms paint etc

how would i keep it on my chest ? just two quickies, given them both another shot to refresh my memory, on the leg raises i have my hands under my arse my neck up off the floor, one foot an inch off the floor and the other , sole of my foot to the roof and hold for about 15- 20 seconds then switch leg with the sit ups i assume bended legs from flat on my back and elbow to knee? i used to do them flat out but my feet dont fit under the sofa or bed and i used to have one of them that slips under your door . . its not that the sit ups etc dont do much, i can feel pain etc after pushing myself just i dont notice much difference. also im not really that outta shape and quit ehappy with my physique, just like i say, always room for improvement and i o have quite a bit of time on my hands. cheers for the advice so far

looks very good, nice touch with the shimano casette body, easy replacements etc. i always thought the market for disc rear hubs was with mods monkey boy? and all the stock riders used vees or maguras?

Cheers for the advice, i think you may have advised me on the leg raisers before or i found them on google , i tried them for a couple of months daily but found it put more pressure on my back and legs, and although my abs were shaking hehe and burning a little it didnt make any noticeable difference. also on the weights front ive run out out of weights lol, maybe ill add a bag of tools to either side? jokes... on the other hand ill just put my weights on from my dumbells after im more used to the increased weight and see what i can get up to. i didnt mention sit ups /twisting sit ups as i used to do them daily but again they didnt seem to be doing too much for me. excuse my ignorance but what do you mean by plate? and how would i stick one to my chest? im picturing a pizza plate sellotaped round my torso like peperami says, and he seems to know his stuff i wouldnt worry, when i first started doing push ups in school i was useless just managing 10-15, then just gave up but ove rthe last year i just take them up in increments and can do 50 or so if i want. are there many advantages to the clap push ups? taxi driver style, ive been doing a fe w of them just for a joke but they really do take it out fo you, i find i have to prep my feet against a wall too or the sweat from my feets makes me slip thus head meeting the floor . . .

oh that was 45kg of weights, my brother told me the bar was 5 kg ? lol
-
i put the wieghts from 20kg to 50kg on my bar and started to do reps of 10 instead of the reps of 30. how often should i do them and how many reps a day as i have quite a bit of time on my hands? also is 50kg a reasonable amount for a 12 stone person to be lifiting or should i be going for more cause honestly its pretty hard atm haha

not being defensive just thought id try to inform: 1. i rarely straighten my hair, and if i do i do it in a manner to make it easier to style not for the straightened look, the only people who can pull that off are paul weller and tim burgess . . imo 2. crude clay, its reccomended by stylists for a reason it costs £15 a tub and will seriously last one person around a year, gel, putty, wax, fructis anything else that is marketted on tv for the mass market are usually all shite full stop. 3. i spend like 2 minutes if that on my hair before i go out on friday and saturday, i really doint care how the people at college see me as they are all morons and im not trying to pull ( nor am i in town but . . .) plus to the guy who saifd straighten after applying product? im sure you shouldnt be doing that it will just fry your hair/ stink your hair should be dry or serum ed before straighetning

ive been letting mine get a bit longer at the moment , im just going to keep getting it thinned out on top and keep the ol' sideburns in shape. i personally wouldnt go near a shaved head or short back and sides, cause then youre basically a track suit away from looking a right fanoik. if you can justify it buy some crude clay from ebay, it last about a year if you dont have mates/ brother using it every weekend like my tub, but its really good stuff, doesnt give the waxy greasy look, just lets you re style while retaining the dry luck, just gotta keep out the rain/wind. I ve been getting my hair cut by my mate who works in a male salon and they really know what theyre doing rather than your average "roys barbers" who drink half a whiskey with there dinner time brew! ive got a pic of my brother and mate as i took the picture, who both get theirs cut at the same place and both look alright atm.
