1st question: I have some fsa v drive extreme cranks that have removable pedal inserts, i presume these are the same thread size as the tensile pedal inserts? 2nd question: Is there a special 4 pronged tool to get these off? like a miniature freewheel tool? ive been trying all the methods so far to remove them with no avail. blow torch hammer and centre punch lubed it etc

that paradise factory sounds nuts, hope theyve gone for the black/yellow industrial scheme of things again , the original haç is now them swanky apartments that you can see from the train right? My night usually consist of going to some gig at one of the acedemys etc then student bars, that bar where they do goldfish bowls, 42nd st? and where ever else is left open, then hotel with some whisley then the health cafe by the station. The health cafe is my favourite place ever lol, like £4.50 for an all you can eat breakfast with fit waitresses, and all you can eat !!!

Manchester's ace, much better than Blackpool, saying that haven't been many places really. They do have tonnes of bars scattered all over though, and have a few s.u bars, all the DJ's seem a lot more clued up on what to do than the odd job dj's down here. I mainly like it cause they play all the decent Manchester music much more often and a pint of stella is 99p in the s.u bar on Fridays, or was when i last went

haha sounds impressive, only one shot a minute though? theres 23 shots in a pint so thats like 5 pints, i wonder how many consecutive pints someone could do haha, ive done a yard of ale in my better days, and managed 19 wierd shots at a mates part the other week.
