He means you have to undo bolts and tensioners and then when you put it on you have to mess around with tensioners and try get wheel straight and chain tight, and then re adjust maggies.

I think the problem is with the internet is that you don't know what tone they are using and have to guess sometime, this can lead to folk bitching or getting into arguments when something was said as a joke or in a completely different context.

Eh.... that just doesn't make sense though, why does it matter if someone touches your bike or not after a section when your on your way to the next one, surely there must be a good reason?
