Late reply I know, but there weren't made Mod's in TM1 cos the only people that ride 20" round here (Farnham, Surrey) is Craig Firth and if we do ride street, its always chilled, as in no cameras or anything. I looked deep into that, but all that crapness they added to the video wasn't necessary? All I can see from that was possibly some kind of demo video the guy/gal put together to show a Uni/College what he could do to try and get on a course? I just found it really boring. Fair enough dude. It's my lazyness really. I leave the fisheye on the camera as im constantly putting it away and getting it out again for different moves... so I guess its easier if I leave it on. Im gonna be using just a 0.5x Wide Angle from now on - harder to get enough in the frame, but looks much better! (Y) Jonny.

Therefore its an external cgi script im using, outputs a .txt file and so everything you see on the pages is all based on templates. I didn't spend hours or whatever coding all the tables (Y)

Am I right in saying you're gonna be making a LONG video using a digital stills camera and its usually poor excuse for video capturing? Dont mean to piss on your fire, but its hard to watch a video that has been shot using a cheap camera. Mini DV or nothing... ideally anyway. Software wise, try downloading Premiere 6.5. Hard to get the hang of at first but its really easy after you've mastered everything. Im sure this is about the 1000th time this has been said hehe, but people are always learning, as am I, so yea. It's not just you, but I dont think people can read videos very well on this forum, theres a lot of depth to this medium, and I recon people should look deeper into what people produce. Personally, I thought it pissed over my efforts! Wicked video Si! I loved the first 40 seconds, as you didn't know what as going to happen and there was a sense of tension in a way, which was great! Evening all, Just a quick post to let you all know that version 2.0 of trialmedia.co.uk is now online. Ive still got a number of reviews to publish, but they are in working progress. The Collective, however, has a review of its own already online for you to see what an awesome piece of video making it is! I've tried to make the navigation easier, and the layout is far more tidy. OK, they've used DivX to encode the video. You need to go to http://www.divx.com - click on the DivX tab and download the free player. The download incorporates all the necessary codecs for Windows Media Player etc, so therefore everything should work! :angry: Don't know why they just didnt encode as an mpg to be honest - new/existing customers/riders coming to select bikes will more than likely not be able to play the video - so just a thought there for next time guys, still like the vid! Pretty cool video. A tiny bit repetitive but all the riding was awesome! Original soundtrack too! That woman deserved a slap! Im loving the site too, awesome! It cost 499 two years ago. So thats why most people download it - often having problems with it messing up during editing. As far as I know, it works on anything from Win98 upwards - u just need a good amount of RAM, Hard Drive with 7200 spin rate (think its rpm - might be wrong (used with cars that is) - erm, and of course a good processor - otherwise everything will be very jerky on screen. Im liking the G8 site now, never used to be updated very often as far I as know, glad they've sorted things out :blink: From the G8 site, I surfed to http://www.4130.tv - got some crazy BMX clips on there!
