FCP is the nuts indeed. Im re-uploading the QuickTime file. Its strange.. I was thinking, its 316mb on my computer, yet only 267 or whatever on the server.. something clearly went wrong on upload. Fear not, it will be back. Oh yea, mpg's wont be happening. FCP QuickTime Movies (DV) dont seem to like anything other than FCP.. never mind. If the re-upload goes well, all will be sorted, stay tuned. J.

OK, I've decided to try and make mpg versions of all the sections like before. As the saying goes 'if it aint broke, dont fix it'. So ill take the quicktime movie offline.. Then people can just do as before and play all sections in their Windows Media Player or VLC. I edited on Premiere for 50% of TM2, then got a Mac G5 Quad, and finished on Final Cut Pro 5. Nothing wrong with software, I think the upload went wrong... It did cut out half way through, but it resumed.. obviously not to full effect! Stay with me people, should have it all sorted within the next 24 hours! So sorry for clogging the forum up with my shit that doesnt work! Glad you liked the 24 section!! Deeply sorry. Jonny.

Im feeling kinda gutted. Plays fine on my PC and Mac... Deadly sorry about this. ..Im sure more than 20% of the forum users have over 512mb RAM.. I dunno. Just make sure you have QT V.7!? Dunno what else to suggest!? The end section alone is 20mins... so I dont think making seperate sections like before will make a difference! Sorry J.

Sounds like a possible RAM problem you boys are having. Anything over 512mb and you will be fine I think. J.

Like people have said already.. ull need a fire cable and a firewire card if you havn't already got one. Windows Movie Maker is great if you are just starting out. If you run a Mac, iMovie. Good luck with it all, hope so see some vids.. its great people getting new kit!! J.

I was talking to Andy about 30mins ago, and he said the reason why hes left T-F in terms of posting new videos was cos of the constant negativity. There was nothing constructive in your comment dude... try harder to be nice. I thought the filming was wicked! Expressed a fun day over all! But wait a sec, if the riding was wicked.. then surely the camera work must have been great enough for you to see how good the riding itself was?! J.

Well personally, i prefer a Canon 300D with 300mm Ultrasonic ColgateShineBrite Base Plates held stable by a Manfrotto medium video tripod with enlarged CorsaNovaBugati feet, coverd in maple syrup, 100's and 1000's with a very, very, very large cherry on the top. lmao, sorry had to! Im not planning on changing anything. I have very little footage of Craig left that im using. Im sure Nick wont be changing anything just cos of this kinda out-of-the-blue deal. New vids will be made next year so there will always be promotion for Craig and his sponsors. I wouln't worry about it... Im kinda thinking about getting one of those 20" frames/bikes - cos im not progressing so summot like that may help me, I dunno. J.
