Sssshhhh! Hahah Quality! Sexcellent video there dude! Poor camera at the end though, ouch! More, I want more! J.
  3. My train gets in at 11.15 so ill see you guys then. J.
  4. Overall great video! Some clips have been seen before have they not? I didn't think much to the music but thats just down to my taste/opinion I guess. Nice one Trev. Jonny.
  5. Lmao @ Staples at the end. Spode you're evil! lol! Qaulity riding on that day thoroughly enjoyable! Nice vid dude, seems the NTSC camcorder aint too bad! J.
  6. I disagree. I think the Avid discs have way more bite and feel to them than Hope discs. Your opinion though so fair enough Love it. Reminds me of my first Brisa B26 I had in black, strange, but it just does hehe! Nice! J.
  7. I'll be there so I will. </irishaccent> Jonny.
  8. Embarrased to say that was the first comp ive ever been to and made me realise how much learning in terms of riding I need to do haha! So so so much balance is involved.. Street, well, thats childs-play (not literally but hopefully you know what I mean). I got about two tapes of footage including some stacks, some really annoying 5's where riders didnt get much further than the start tape, and some of the likes of Savage, Waynio, Goddard, Danny Butler, Porter, Dave Marshall (he was riding really well!) and others. Looking forward to putting it all together. I too want to thank all the organisers, a lot of work had clearly gone into everything and it turned out to be a challenging but really fun day! Jonny.
  9. Is it me or has this been posted before? No matter! Purely amazing how much balance this gal' has! J.
  10. More info for you (before you all loose interest...) "The first batch of frames should be available early in 2007. Even though this is the final geo, this is not the final design, you can definitely expect something very neat and refined. High end cromo tubing that will be used really isnt less expensive than aluminum tubes, and will definitely provide a stronger frame, and a sweeter feeling. 24" is already quite stiff. This will be the final color. The only reason there's not more info yet is because this was a custom frame project in the first place and now frames will be going into production because people have been asking for it. Still no name for the brand. There's no rush since the first frames won't be ready until January. All the information will be available then." So I guess just watch this space. I can understand if some of you get annoyed with this kind of way of introducing a new frame, but as its been put, it wasnt going to be a mass produced frame. Im looking forward to it! Jonny.
  11. Awesome photos! Just a great day all round and weather to match it! J.
  12. Fair enough, but another frame on the market is giving people choice. Some people might not like the 24UK. I personally think they look cheap and ready to break, but thats just my opinion and as you said Fred's feels nice to ride so there you go. "We're definitely going for the highest quality steel. Whether it will be Reynolds or TrueTemper, we haven't decided yet. It will not be the cheapest frame on the market, even though we want to keep the price low enough, but it's going to be a quality one!" Thats something else they've said... so I guess you can expect nothing but amazing quality and a swish ride! More soon. J.
  13. True... but he owns lots of cars, so theres the reason for having it I guess! Oh and plus his house is in London and it goes along the lines of having more parking space in these kinda houses adds 10 - 15% onto the house value when/if it comes to selling it. J.
  14. RIP. Will always remember "Look at the size of that one! What a beauty!" Jonny.
  15. http://s102.photobucket.com/albums/m118/Ni...mgAnch=imgAnch6 You'll need the latest flash player. Quite amazing! Jonny.
  16. Wicked day! I shall put you in the DVD Joe! I wont be making a web video of the ride it will be in the Our Summer DVD! Including Leon's 8ft (?) Sidehop (downwards) - his frame held out in the end and his wheel lasted the rest of the day so all is good! Everybody was pulling moves out the bag was sweet! I got 2 and a half hours of footage, most of it usable as well so I am happy! I had a good ride as well. Top riders, top ride, top day! Mmmm Cherry Crumble, night all! Jonny.
  17. Why not get the train dude? Stop showing off ur pimp ass Civic J.
  18. I shall. Ive already bin to Basildon and got some sick and some even sickening stuff of him for the dvd mwahaha! J.
  19. Fresh. I'll be there filming (along with Spode it seems!) I recon people will go off in groups if theres LOADS of people. J.
  20. All I'll say is that its Canadian, not Norco... Def not Koxx or Yabaa, its just the fact thats the parts the guy had to build it up, as he had a Koxx in the past. Its great you're all loving it, im well looking forward to it. MODS: Sorry I posted in News, clearly wasn't News material J.
  21. OK people here is a shot of a prototype 24" frame that will be out soon. I can't say who's making it as they are keeping most things secret at the moment. All I can say is that it is going to be made of some sort of Steel (Steel Is Real)... what sort is tba. The only information I have at the moment consists of: Wheelbase : 1050mm (with shown PX fork) Chain Stays : 385mm Bottom Bracket : +20mm Head Tube Angle : 73 degrees I'll post more information as I get it. I dont know about you, but I love the colour! Jonny.
  22. Wicked mate! Loved the DOF shots (close ups with the detail on stuff etc) well good riding too sweet! J.
  23. If you guys get the VERY latest MBUK (I think its in the shops now) Ashton talks about how he was watching some riders hoping and sidehoping up a wall near a demo he was doing and he was saying how boring he found it to watch. Obviously those riders were properly enjoying themselves, which is all good, but what Martyn was trying to say is that it would be great to see more variation in all the trials diciplines/styles/riding preference or just whatever makes Trials tick for everybody. This would be good, but to be honest, I recon Trials is progressing, slowly perhaps, but it defo is. But apparently Trials is getting less and less mainstream media coverage and I think this is what Mart was on about... in fact he was on about a lot of things. Go and read his column in WH Smith or summot (the rest of the mag aint worth buying imo, sorry Future 'Media with Passion' [my arse] Publishing, dont sue me).. but yea, thats my essay over. Basically just ride how you wanna, but you dont need me to tell you that J.
