Well that really depends where you live lol! Its a 20min drive from me where I live in Farnham. Thanks for the comments people, I definitely intend on sending more stuff in to get aired, cos they just seem to repeat a lot of crap on Ex-Tube, with very little proper viewer-generated content... which is what Ex-Tube was meant to be about in the first place if I remember correctly!

Yeah cant wait to see these bikes, im really wanting a 24 next year! But I still love my Justice lol!
-
OK this is a very short video that ive put together featuring clips of me riding the local skate park, but the council added some new objects so ive found a few new lines. Ive also been playing with my camera crane/jib to get some interesting 'beauty' shots of my Justice. Also I played around with some colour correction in Final Cut Pro to give a slightly different aesthetic to the footage. Im not sure what you all will think of it but basically it was just me experimenting with these different things... whilst trying to promote Ashton Bikes... cos I bloody love my Justice http://tv.isg.si/site/filebrowser/jonnyjones3 - 'ASHTONBIKESPROMO.mov' Cheers!

Yeah I wasn't really understanding the flashing bits at first.. but then '80's video glitches' came to mind. Im guessing its the angle they're coming from... or something!? Obviously freeride/downhill isn't everybody's cup of tea - ...so yeah this thread is off topic haha my bad sorry people! :$ I'll be getting the DVD anyway.

If You Like A Mixture Of Bmx And Trials...on A Mod
Jonny Jones replied to Jason222's topic in Videos
That was really refreshing! Good to see a Mod being put to other uses rather than sidehop, gap, drop gap, repeat lol. -
Don't think this has been posted... and I know it's not Trials but I am convinced that everybody will want to buy this DVD just cos its a wicked piece of work from one of the best film makers out there, Mr Alex Rankin. Here's the trailer to the 5'th round of the Earthed series - Earthed 5 'The Law of Fives' - http://video.mpora.com/watch/cw9UNSR02/

Agreed. Getting quite bored of these, shit really.

This is the spot I made of the footage I got from Hook Woods this year. It was actually aired on TV yesterday (Monday 5th Nov) but the producers didn't let me know! Its 3mins long and it was shot in standard definition (DVCAM) as it was meant for TV. Some of you saw it yesterday / some of you didn't so here it is for download. It's actually being repeated on Friday (9th) on Ex-Tube. It's on at 4pm - 6pm or 11pm - 1am. It's apparently being featured somewhere in the first half an hour of the show. http://tv.isg.si/site/filebrowser/jonnyjones3 - HOOKWOODSEXTREME.mov (42.9mb, 3mins long). The music is by K-Delight - http://www.myspace.com/kdelight - 'AUDIO REVOLUTION' YouTube - Cheers!

Im annoyed cos the producer(s) of Ex-Tube were meant to let me know when they were airing it! Never mind, glad they did, I was beginning to give up hope haha! Like Gav said its on again on Friday 9th November. 4pm - 6pm or 11pm - 1am. The clip I did will be in the first half hour apparently, Gav forwarded me an email he got back from Extreme, cheers Gav!

Ive got a Mac G5 and im running Tiger atm. I can't see any reason to upgrade to Leopard. As far as I can see its purely aesthetic tweaks as well as a few programs I wouldn't use anyway. I miss Windows sometimes though, purely for MSN + Webcam! Mac's dont do webcams unless you're using gay iChat... which nobody else uses cos most people have PC's lol!

Agree, a proper bike!

As most of you know my first choice will always be one of these beauties... Give it a few years and I WILL actually own one. Wouldn't mind a KITT replica Trans AM too! Im also thinking a Starlet Glanza V Turbo, I just love the way they look, better than the normal Starlet GT Turbo's imo. Also I might turbo charge a Fiat Cinq like my mate Alex, purely for shits and giggles!

Aww thats so cute! My 3 yr old Neice had a witches outfit on and went out with some of her pre-school friends with all the parents, sounded like a great night for them, they live in a really nice area too so it was all good. We had a few people, Mum gave them snack size Mars bars etc, genuine trick or treaters too, no chavs which I was surprised about cos we seem to get a few every year!

A Worthwhile Read To All Drivers (and Potential Drivers)
Jonny Jones replied to Andy P's topic in Chit Chat
As others have said, very powerful. Im not sure if this is a bump or not as I clicked to the thread from the other one (post pics of your car). I sometimes like to put my toe down (if its possible in my 1ltr Corsa haha) but it always goes through my head, wtf are you doing JJ slow the f**k down, that story has just opened my eyes more! -
Im getting old and grumpy I know, but why did he feel the need to do that stupid drop gap? I mean what would it prove? Like I said in Tunni's video thread, you're just gonna end up breaking your body and bike and here's proof. Just be sensible Get well soon dude!!
-
As somebody else said, these trailers are shite, doesn't say or tell me anything about the DVD, but I'll probably end up getting it just cos' its got Leech and everybody else in.
-
OK, this was tough to know where to post, but seeing as its not Trials (its BMX) and raising money is involved, I thought it would be best in Chit Chat? Mods feel free to re-position in the forum if you feel it necessary. Basically John Shrewsbury sent me a link over MSN tonight to the Charge Bikes website - http://www.chargebikes.com/news/ You'll see three YouTube videos showing Stephen Murray's major accident that made him paralised (sp) from the neck down. They don't show the accident as such as it must have been pretty graphic, as it changed his life forever. Go and watch the videos, its moving stuff, really is. If you want to donate anything to his fund head over to http://www.stephenmurrayfamilyfund.com/ Thanks to John for pointing this out to me initially.

Yeah thats the one. Unscene. The rest of the DVD was pretty average, Tim's was the best section for sure, music as well as riding!
-
Unfortunately yes! He's on every bloody cover and theres f**k all in the mag now, which is why i stopped getting MBUK. Yeah I remember him going over to Metal Hammer, so much so as I remember him being in an episode of a series that followed a limo hire company around, he hired a stretch hummer for some massive rock star and they were struggling to get it round some of London's roads. Saw Jamie and though yes leg-end. "Hop hop hop, SNAP!.... Shiiiiiiiiiit! Hahaha, f**kin' ell that was mental!"

'Staircase and lamp not included'

Totally respect you Neil, but I found the video very boring. I just don't see the point in HUGE drop gaps, esp. one after the other. In my eyes you're just killing your body and your bike. Its probably because a: Im getting old lol b: Im probably jelous cos i cant see myself doing any of that stuff or c: I find it hard to see how some of the things you do on your bike is possible. However I thought there were some nice twists to some of the moves you pulled in the video. Good work non-the-less. Just make sure you invest money in Cod Liver Oil shares lol!

Remember the legend that be Jamie Hibbard (ex staff writer for MBUK) ? To my utter surprise he's written a piece on the new Aston Martin DBS on TopGear.com - im guessing Future Publishing has something to do with Top Gear Magazine!? This is the bit that confuses me, but non the less have a look... http://www.topgear.com/blogs/drives/115-aston-martin-dbs/
