Hey guys just thought I'd show you this video I produced for Lusso - www.lussoluxury.com They needed a video for their website/YouTube channel to link to an article they are running in the next couple of months on luxury cars - armoured or not - and evasive driving techniques. Its a magazine aimed at incredibly rich people, but so far everybody has loved the video! If possible, please rate it on YouTube and leave a comment if you wish!

Yeah great news! Nice one Rowan Ah yes Ian Cooper! Can't remember who told me but apparently he liked his knives and used them on actual people, basically he lost the plot, got dropped, dunno where he is now. This could be utter b.s. but I didn't know the guy so...

I did that once at College, nothing happened though.

For those of you who haven't seen/heard about this, here's the website. Basically myself, John Shrewsbury and a bunch of my mates (1 of them rides a bit, the others don't) are doing a ten-day roadtrip from North to South France and home again, driving cars that have cost no more than £500 - raising money as we're going. Have a look around and PLEASE sponsor us if you have a couple of quid free, every little counts, and its going to the Naomi House Childrens Hospice - a childrens home for terminally ill kids. The donation site is 100% secure and all you need is a credit or debit card to donate. We're aiming for £500, this includes donations from the website as well as good, old fashioned sponsorship forms filled out by friends, family and work colleagues. www.crapheapchallenge.co.uk We're also looking for more sponsors. If you're interested, go to the sponsors page whilst you're on the website. Bare in mind John Shrewsbury and myself will be riding and filming some riding whilst we're in France. So if any shops wanna donate parts and things (asking a lot, I know... pretty cheeky too but hey if you don't ask you don't get lol) you'll be noted in the credits of the YouTube 'tv' series I'll be editing together. You'll also have space to advertise on my car - big stickers/vinyl/whatever promo stuff you have. We're leaving midnight on the 1st August (Thursday night/Friday morning). Thanks people! Jonny.

Truely sucks that people have loads of problems with their iPods! I got my 80gb video from Amazon and have had no problems at all!

Ah cool! Easy stuff for people to use! Didn't know Pinnacle was owned by Avid. Basically movies like The Bourne Ultimatum were edited with Avid software.

News to me!! I guess I lost track of the competition! Great stuff hehe Im game, i'll get creative some time this week!

Naice moves Jack! Only thing is, you need to edit your videos in DV PAL Anamorphic ie edit them in widescreen as this is what you're recording them in! As far as I can tell you're editing them in 4:3 mode or exporting them as 4:3 ?? Thats why all your vids so far are 'squashed'. If you need any help msn me or something

f**k wish I had gone, but I agreed to work, REALLY need the money, im skint! Looking forward to videos/pics!

Generally spring-mounted lenses are ok if you're on an extreme budget. Those of you with them, did you find the quality was really poor? Especially if you zoomed in? My advice to anybody is always opt for screw-on lenses. The optics will always be better

Yup both are sex wee worthy! Nice steeds guys!! My Ashton has lasted me exactly a year! Got it Feb 2007! Still going!

Wicked photos! Great weather for it!

Probably getting a segment I had edited on TV - the clip on Ex-Tube... Passing my driving test?... Getting DVD mentions/writing published in MBUK, but lets face it anybody can get in the mag nowadays haha... OH! Driving to Liverpool from Milton Keynes and back in a DeLorean, now THAT was epic!
-
No worries dude! And cheers! I try hehe! Also in regards to Ash 'not rating me', perhaps a little narrow minded yes, and he probably wasn't aware that I was kind enough to include him in my DVD, but I won't hold it against him haha! His Bro is a way better comp rider than I could ever be haha!

I've got a Justice, and have a 521 on the back... well Mavic call it the Ex721 now. Seriously dude, the strongest rim you could use for Trials imo!

Fan-fooookin-tastic! Loved it mate! Such a different edge to it, set it apart from others, including mine, great stuff! Really well put together! Loved the soundtrack inc. The Fairlanes, such a classic track! Nice one Danny boy!!

Naa we lost them after the magistrates courts. Lee if I had filmed Sam's car I would be banned from the Internet for life haha, never mind this forum haha! Cheers for the comments guys!!!

Hi guys. Yeah I used to have a DB. From my memory I had Mavic/Hope wheels, Onza Tuff Guy forks, short-ish stem, risers, single speed, just a general streety setup. Bloody robust frame, didn't break and I gave it hell. It was actually on loan from Ian Drummond as I didn't have the cash for a frame when my Mission cracked, so he was kind enough to lend me one of his frames - he was sponsored by DB at this point. Oh also haha, I have a lid and I always wear it. In fact the guy riding in that second video isn't me, its Leon Neill - hence the titles at the start of the video - he never wears a helmet, just his choice. Cheers.

Its widescreen cos its HD, which is native widescreen. If you film, edit and export in widescreen it will be widescreen on Vimeo - Same as YouTube really, but Y.T. letterboxes widescreen stuff so its kept viewable as widescreen (not squashed). Thanks for the comments guys

Here's the footage from the Portsmouth ride that went on the Sunday just gone. Ive used the new Vimeo flash website for this as I was super impressed with the quality of the 26twenty video that was posted recently! http://www.vimeo.com/650048 All you need is the Flash player. You can also download the original 720p video of this on the same page (bottom-ish right), although you get a kinda long file name, but of course you can rename it. Ive also added the usual 640x360 version, so you can download this now as you normally would - Click here! Enjoy!
