This has probably been talked about before but Im in a dilemma. I have a Samsung G600, and its shite - its the worst phone ive ever owned. Ive got a year or so left on the contract with it and 02 wouldn't let me upgrade to an iPhone this early under any circumstances. So the only other option I can see is to just buy a new phone with no sim? Good idea? So basically im after either a new Sony Ericsson or anything else that you peeps can suggest for my £150-£200 budget that I can simply put my current sim card into. Ideally I'd like it to have wi-fi etc but I dunno whats available in my budget. Many thanks in advance! Jonny.

Im hoping it wasn't literally on the spot... Im sure in every fine case you have to report to your local police station to hand over the cash for the fine? Or am I wrong? Bad luck I suppose, but they are seriously clamping down on stuff, just such a shame they don't have a police car on every motorway to fine the wankers who drive in the middle and 3rd lane ALL the bloody time when there's nobody in the 1st/slow lane!! I swear driving has gotten so bad in the last 3 years! </rant> lol sowwy

Im a picture editor for Goff Photos - so I edit photographer/source info as well as whats going on in the photo, who is pictured, what they're wearing etc. If the pics need cropping or the levels/curves need adjusting I do that too. Then I upload them to all the newspaper and magazine servers in the UK and abroad depending on numerous copyright limitations. Only been doing it 3 weeks so im still learning!

Good stuff mate! Great use of those lights! I thought the comment somebody made about using a tripod to make it look more pro was funny, in general tripods suck and I've no idea where that view of professionalism came from - look at the Bourne films for example!!! They're only good for timelapse stuff, News GV's and shots seen on daytime TV shows haha! Looks like your job is going well Steve, keep it up!

Liked the fact you were pushing the envelope a bit with the use of lighting (redheads/car headlights/gels?), very experimental feel too, liked it!

I thought it was amazing! The chase at the start was superb and the titles they used with the typographic style of each location/country change was a fabulous use of creativity I thought! - Better than block capitals at the base of the screen!

Epic race! Never been so chuffed for somebody in a sport such as F1! I also loved the montage at the end of the program, superb!

Nice opening, the titles need to be bigger and clearer. What was your project brief? We could probably help you more if you tell us what it has to be about, other than Trials, obviously!

Absolutely epic Jack! That's what weekends should be made of and I can't tell you how unbelievably shite I feel now as a rider lol, sick sick riding!

One way of checking Ben is to wack some colour bars on the LCD screen then adjust the LCD brightness so that the blacks are black and the blue on the lower group of bars is blue, rather than purple/violet. That way you can get more accurate exposure. You can always use Zebra lines as well, these highlight over-exposed areas. I think your camera might have buttons to do this, not sure about Andy's Canon. Wow this thread has turned into one big IT lesson haha!
