  1. This is brilliant Matt haha, loved the credits at the end XD what's up with the orange of my bike though? looks so weird when i was doing that drop with Jake NICE
  2. so this is the new green machine he's riding... nice
  3. not small, just taken with a gopro EDIT: oops not aimed to me
  4. Cleaned the Hex off, fitted some new bars, saint with a 203 and a NOICE stainless steel Flawless Bikes booster, looks cool me thinks
  5. yoo! that was awesome!
  6. Skye's feel a lot different to four plays because of the bolt through axles, but the difference between steel and aluminium is very noticeable. personally, i just think if the geo is right you'll get suited to the bike eventually regardless of material, but that's just me however, i only mean that for inspired's... couldn't say the same for a stock bike or a mod, forks feel too flimsy for me!
  7. ill have to agree on the Continental MacAskill tyres, just pump them up a little bit more than you normally would.
  8. couldnt stand that fluro colour on my skye haha, doesnt look as bad as i thought though! frame looks future tech haha
  9. i was wondering the same thing! console or an arcade for sure, it's deffo not an ozonys. 3:50 - 3:53 sums up comps perfectly, didn't catch him!
  10. i think the ride last year was on the 18th of May? maybe we could ride somewhere near to there, but not on the weekend for tartydays possibly. I wanna pay my respects to DJ but ive also paid for a riding event, would be a shame to loose money. I hope nobody takes that the wrong way, please.
  11. id be surprised if there wasn't! still wish the ride never needed to happen with respect to DJ
  12. they're a nightmare to put on I've found, as well as others due to a big problem they're known to have regarding shape... however, best grip by far wouldn't say they deserve £50, but it wouldn't be too far off.
  13. lookin good man! whats next huh? x
  14. i shall be attending thy tartydaysing
  15. ^ i done that with mine and worked perfectly. instead of plasters i used about 4 layers of selotape on each pad, works a treat be sure to put tape on the retention pin too! even if its a bit hard to push into the caliper, just make sure the visible part of the pin, when its in the calliper, has tape on it. i used 2 layers and again, worked fine
  16. the problem with carbotecture is it breaks too quickly! even when you dont impact on it or crash, it still goes... i dont pull my levers in hard at all and i managed to snap 2 hs33 levers in 7 months... i mean, c'mon magura sort it out! then again, the brakes are designed with weight in mind and not strength... clearly! so hopefully a trials specific brake (yes i mean disc now) should offer the best performance and be strong, as well as reasonably light too. saying that, id take a slightly heavier brake if its due to last longer
  17. yup! the whole bit i rode on was a rail, which is why i was so happy about it haha
  18. a clip from tonight, like, how on earth did i do that!?!? luckiest day ever, im shocking when it comes to riding rails yet i managed to do this!? (the rail is the same all through the vid) good luck or what! so stoked :D https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=357865247758070&pnref=story
  19. my bad, slx arent the heaviest, forgot to mention that. BJ just get what you want mate, cranks are cranks when it comes to these types really if this turns negative because of my view then god help us... yeah Leon ive used them for about a day on a friends bike and couldnt tell much difference between deores and yeah fair point.
  20. saint or slx. saints are heavier and overkill though, seriously, im running deores ffs and cant tell a different in stiffness, theres nothing maijor to think about. im getting slx soon so it litterally down to preferance, and ive found that zee's are in between slx and saint when it comes to stiffness, but all 3 cranks are stiff and strong enough as it is. its weight at the end of the day, strength isnt a massive thing to worry about, there all strong cranks and will last ages EDIT: the 170mm cranks give you a tiny bit more clearance, and 175mm feels like your moving more, but i prefer 170mm cranks because im smaller
