  3. check your oil levels, may have dropped a tiny bit and so you arent getting any damping for the first couple of mm then the pistons hit the oil making the bacging noise.
  4. when that was on just after nass i do believe i spotted myself in the crowd when the band they were following were playing :(
  5. Im not sure what difference it would make, but are you using the right video format (i.e PAL as we live in the uk rather than NTFS whish is the us version).

I think it may be by Grand Theft Audio, maybe the song called We Luv U. Their music is really good to listen to when driving some nice twisty roads (Y)

Steve is rather talanted with good old unigraphics. I can do a bit myself. the casing for my individual project which contains mounting for.... a drive system.
  9. I really like the new skin. Danny you decided to be ballsy and remove the rest too (Y)
  10. i agree that we are in need of a change. the lib dems for some reason applea to most young voters, which is why they are constantly on the increase. If labour and the conservatives dont duck up their ideas they will find themselves in trouble. I voted conservative, would usually vote lib dem but i wanted the labour bloke out so voted for the next nearest person.
  11. i had a fire fr on the rear and a fire xc folding on the front for several months. For dry street they are perfect, i think i got one pinch in 6 months of having the fire fr on the rear, thats with pressures that werent massively high. The grip for natural and wet street isnt the best, but is on par with most and definately better than hot-s. Stop being a pimp and go for a matching pair of maxxis, youll find they grip like leeches and beat the spots off everything for pinch protection. I am still yet to get a rear puncture (bar a dirty great thorn) in the 6 months ive been running them.
  12. get some fairly low density foam, and stick the pin side into that, then some on the other side to cushion that, then put that in a box, insode an anti-static bag. Then package all that up, sorted.
  13. May i please take a moment to mention that every time one of us makes a biking vid with a song to it that isnt our own we are breaking copywrite.
  14. HAHAHAHAHAHA Thats pure class. I'm doing my bit, i've voted already (Y)
  15. your best to probably manually set the minimum limit to twice the amount of RAM you have. However before you do that, do a defrag on your hard drive to get all your files in order, and as much free space together as poss.
  16. when i was watching Ad go through the section he managed to clear bits that other had to dab on due to the nice load of clearance.
  17. Eric Clapton, no more blues needed there then!! Jazz saxophone, Kenny G is pretty good.
  18. your too late to do it now, but you can have a postal vote where they send you the ballot paper and you return it.
  19. I had an awesome day today, the sections were a bit varied in terms of difficulty on the inter route, although nothing was easy when i could barely hold the bars and pull the brakes. Some stamina training definately required before the next round!!!! I got 29 on 26" inter (Y) only picked up a couple of 5's on my last lap due to being dead.
  20. I would try to find a screw on lense, as they seem to be a bit more durable. I have a screw on jessops one that came with a whole bunch of adaptors to fit loads of different screw sizes. Ill try to find a link. Hmmm seems like they dont do it any more >_<
  21. Have you done any investigation into that as they usually have a 10 year minimum term of service, they may well also sponser you should you still want to do it.
  22. I do mechanical engineering. It is a fairly general course with parts covering all the main aspects of engineering such as mechanics, materials, thermofluids in the first two years. Then in the final year or two depending on whether you do a masters or not, you choose optional modules where you can specialise in what you want. The reason i did mechanical engineering over any other type of engineering such as sports, manufacturing or auto/aero engineering is because i wasnt completely sure what i wanted to specialise in. This course gives me the chance to learn all the general principles before deciding what to specialise in or study further in the final years. I would also highly recommend a placement half way through the course, it was a real eye opener, cementing all the theory learnt in the first couple of years. Its also a good way to make links with a company which can lead to sponsorships or jobs etc. I'm not sure whether they still do it or not but when i was deciding what type of engineering to do i came up to loughborough for a couple of days and got to experience several different types of engineering and got an insight into what was going to be on the course. It was really useful in helping me decide what i wanted to do. Even if your not planning on applying to Loughborough it was well worth the visit.
  23. what are the different colour routes in terms of catagories?
  24. As someone already said, they have definately been cracked a while, hense the darker dirty part of the snapped face.
  25. Locally the area in which i live has suffered massively from being under labour so they are out of the questin. I would usually as before vot lib dem, but as i really do not want to see labour back in power i shall be voting conservative, although this could change depending on the local campaigning done.
