A lot of people tend to go for foams (trial techs or something) but I find onza porcipaws most comfortable. It's all personal preference. There are so many options like thick, thin, soft, firm, foam, rubber, lock-on and so on.
I've never seen anyone anywhere before. How often do you ride? Excuse the rudeness, but the brief ages of who ride. It's really nice knowing I'm not on my own. Sorry but the bit about the ages made no sense due to the lack of a '?' at the end. Also forgot to say what sort of skill level are you and the others as I am still fairly basic
I ride a stock genesis but in a fairly streety style. The only real reason I am too bothered is because of the foam pit and the fact its only half an hour up the road. Corby sounds good but it's a fair way away (as I'm down in Swindon) and I've heard that place in wales (Cardiff or Newport, I can't remember) is dirty as a 9 year olds mind!
Found out about motion skatepark in Bristol the other day and just wondering if anyone has been before on their trials bikes (and if they're even allowed) and how the foam pit is as I really want to attempt a back flip
I currently have a genesis full build and I'd recommend it to anyone. Im still a bit of a noob but Geo is great in my opinion and it is a pretty frame. Plus with the correct setup, the front end is soooooo light
It's nothing to excel my riding on nor to make money out of, just one of those things you don't need but still want. I'm like a child with pocket money to waste
I was looking on ebay and google I came across an old Ot Pi replica momty and I wanted it. Unfortunately it was sold before I put in an offer. Ever since I have been scowling the web for a cheap classic monty. My question to you is should I invest in one or not? They're old bikes and could be damaged and cost a fortune to repair due to rare parts. The chances are that I'm not even going to ride it much though because of my onza genesis and just attempt to restore it the best I can. I feel I need one more than Biebs needs to give up his singing career which says alot.
Recently bought an onza genesis (stock) and the freewheel has died. Out casually riding (nothing too extreme) and you could almost hear it go bhleh and die. What's happened is the outer sprockety bit has come completely loose from the inner bit. Just posting to ask if it's anything fixable or if I should just buy a new freewheel, 108 click or something instead of 60 but I'm 14 and rather skint though. Has this happened to any of you? The bikes almost brand new and im sure this isn't a part of the bedding-in process.
I bought a bike not long ago and soon after noticed that the front freewheel was about as straight as Louis Walsh so removed the crank but can' get the freewheel off. Any tips? I have a tensile 60 click, any help will be much appreciated.
Yeah, i was thinking stem and some riser bars, and possibly new bb, freewheel, cranks, bashring, the whole lot, but where from? The only shop i really know of is tartybikes and as said in the topic title, it cant be too expensive...
Currently running a pretty much stock onza t pro (09) and am wondering what the best value for money upgrades are, any help will be much appreciated, Joe
