you arent fully streching your leg out are you at the bottom of the pedal stroke? becuase that can cause it, your leg should be slightly bent at the bottom of the pedal stroke (with the ball of your feet)

Cool photos, i like the underneath one. I also like the skatepark one, looks like a nice chill out photo. There is plenty to be looking at as well, i only expected about 5!

When we were in colchester bondy andy and nick etc. got fined but i escaped it becuase i was 15! woo. And we got surrounded lol, pretty funny really, for me any way.

hmm i don't really know how to describe it but if you know where colchester is(on the london line) its about 35 minutes away. Thanks for the comments and the tip and the tip about the tn_ ! it looks like a few people might be interested in a clacton ride in the near future?? i really like that, a bit different to your average trials website i think...are some of the photos taken with different cameras ? Becuase it seems some are a better quality,which camera do you use...or does the whoever takes the photos. keep it up and up-date it regularly! Lil Dan

Was a nice relaxed day with some good riding. Thats most of them.the rest are in my album called clacton. (sorry about that quality...the picture not riding that is!!) Sorry about the size of the pictures. Dan(any comments welcome,constructive critisism(sp?) is good!)
