sorry to be asking a question in your thread but it's related n better than making a new topic, well, what exactly is disk space. The hosting i am looking at has 20MB disk space and 1 Gig Bandwidth, i a complete internet spud so i don't really know the terms-at all. So it is like what you said at the start Tom? or whoever said it. Nice one.(It's a photography website so obviously will have loads of fairly large size photos, will this deal be sufficient?)

i take it biketrialco is your site then? I just had a look at your site and added something to my basket and then it re directed me to the paypal site, thats what i thought would happen, so you must have the account that i want then. Sounds good. You only pay when you sell an item don't you? Cheers

Thats basically what it is isn't it . I want a shopping basket/checkout etc. on my site when they go to checkout they then get directed to paypal then get re-directed back to my site. Thats the idea i have any way. When you say rubbish, why is it rubbish? cheers

Hi, i am currently making a site selling a few media orientated bits n bobs. I was thinking, well, seriously considering, about selling from a pay-pal account on the site, i am aware they take a percentage plus about 30p of your sales, but that isn't too much, and i am posting to see if anyone has any information on it, has used it or knows of any pro's or con's. looks cool, but imo i wouldn't have a video(the downloadable one) as long as 17 minutes- if i was serious about selling a DVD i would make a much shorter video(free vid that is) to have for free more of a teaser to get people to buy the DVD because tight people (like me) won't spend money on a DVD when they can get basically 20 minutes for free! Just an idea from my point of view, you might think it's bollocks...it probably is, ah well.

if it makes any difference i ordered something i think on the 27/8th and it was supposed to take 3-6 days to get here and it hasn't arrived.....

I have an ipod nano and i really like, i take care of it, have a case, its very easy to use and compatible(obviously) with my mac so it works well for me, and i can store photos on it, view them, and transfer them straight from my camera if the memory card is full, so i love it. Have never used a Zen or anything so i can't compare, but i haven't had a problem with mine so far.

I like it, definatly very different to all of the the sites i have seen, i like the bit about hunting people down and slapping them silly. I assume its you that updates the site and pays for it(just out of interest)

Well, if you don't have anything else to spend it on fair enough, however if they do then it's a bit of a dumb arse thing to do. I hope i get mine, i probably won't spend it 'm well a tight arse but it's nice to have, i only get a tenner a week and i spend more than that on the pissin' train to college. Ah well.

I can't believe they said they would have won the case, that is pathetic. I can't believe the stupid laws we have, its ridiculous. Yer, i agree with you, they say use it when your starting, then when you get more experienced break rules. To get better more individual photos etc. Yer i like the photo, i would have the flash at the bottom left of the photo, but then i suppose it wouldn't be original. i suppose that would defeat the object of what you were trying to achieve really, but i do like what you've done, looks good. off topic- Ps was that the Sb600 Rob? i still haven't got the guts to spend more than £5 on anything yet, haha.
