Thanks for all the help so far. Yer i need to get more CD's but two sets now haven't worked. Yes my Dad is teaching me as my instructor does. Blockshift etc. etc. is all good. I apparently need about 6 more lessons and hope to book my test for January time when i pass my theory. I may just try the CD's at my Nans house on her pc or something. Just got back from a lessons actually, did reverse parking, bay parking and reverse around a corner etc. All good fun. Yer i will try and be as confident as i can.

Right, well i am learning to drive. I drive with my dad and i am also taking lessons. (have done 3, 2 hour lessons) I have booked my theory and have it soon. If anyone has any tips on driving in general, theory, hazard perception, the actual test or any links to any helpful sites etc. i would appreciate it. I had some CD's but they don't work . Thanks!

Wow. Sounds sweet! As for the pics for the add- well done! I hope it goes well. You will have to show us all the finished product. Should be going to an open day in Bournemouth soon for the arts institute. Have heard mixed views on it but overall sounds like i will get a good qualification from a well established place (good reputation) and also have a good time. Lots of surfing in the summer which i would love to try. It really sounds ideal. Excellent, anybody else wish to share any knowledge? PS yer quite pricey Uni business but i possibly will get another grant as well so thats all good! Cheers.

I have an old-to-the-skool hanimex flash so i may have to get the hot-shoe sc-17 or whatever it is from jessops or somewhere, only problem is it isn't too long.

Will that not cause a LOT of hatred around your area to muslims? In most places i am sure people would go mental. Is it a dodgy area where you live? Many white people? Much racism?

Personally it sickens me and every single time i hear it i think how can they do it and it makes me angry to think why someone would and how they could do it. I would also be interested to know how he actually got caught. I am VERY glad he was. It's good to see some progress, but all you get told is that he was being 'monitored' for some time. Pretty vague, as with most things in the media i suppose. Opinions.... Something with a bit of thought rather than the usual- 'f**king paks' or something. Does it really matter? My mate just gets tatoos because he likes them. Most people create a meaning anyway lets face it . My mate just told me that there is an organised bmx street ride thing going on which should be pretty cool. There was one the other week in Ipswich with some pretty insane riders so its probably worth the trip!

Yer apple's are great. So what if they don't want to use wma? I think itunes is very simple and you have to be simple to not understand it. It pretty much is drag and drop as are most things on my imac, if anything it is VERy easy to use. The only difference is that you are dragging and dropping inside itunes and not a windows window!

I must admit i agree here and some of the people on the forum seem very naive, narrow minded, and are talking down to the forum acting like they are 80. If you go at the weekend go to a few pubs play some pool get pissed see your mates and have a good time good! Keep doing it, if you enjoy it thats the main part, of life in my opinion. Even if you have to get pissed before you go out, just enjoy yourself. (in moderation) I personally don't actually drink, pretty much 90% of my mates do probably more, i don't know why i don't, i just don't, but i do go to places where people do a lot, gigs, pubs, pool clubs etc and it doesn't bother me that people drink a lot. Conclusion- So as a non drinker: i don't give a shit. Despite what the govt. probably say about it being unpleasant for non drinker being around binge drinkers or whatever other excuses they may make. Totally agree, most of my mates have started smoking through friends, even when they are skint they buy them. Scummers really, lol but they just do it because they get used to buying them, no wonder i end up paying for the pool games all the time! Basically as people have already said it isn't going to stop binge drinking, underage drinking, and it isn't going to stop people drinking. The money grabbing, thieving bastards. I just can't get over how people speak down so much about these 'yobs' that drink. I think when you actually go out on a Friday/Saturday night violence etc in the town is no where near as bad as portrayed in the media, it is again i think a very naive view. Don't get me wrong it is obviously worse in places, but overall i think it is exaggerated, and as with everything else in the media only the bad things are shown 9 times out of 10! well why would they put people doing no harm getting drunk on the news? p.s don't know if that made sense, i started to waffle.

you can set it so that it doesn't update all of your songs in your preferences. So it won't update every time. Then you can have what you want on it from where you want. Everyone is a winner

Hello basically just looking for information on it if you have done one or are currently doing one. What's your uni like. What are the lecturers like, the price, the location how easy/hard was it to get it? Mainly about portfolio,grades? etc etc lots of info! ramble on as much as you want to!
