It wasn't a council effort, was all made possible by the mitchell family who own the land(legends)they have all put in alot of time and effort and its great since there all enthusiastic about bikes Getting really exciting now since the nationals(i think) are coming up and one of the events is at barrow and loads more stuff is arriving at a weekly basis, come down in the summer some time im sure you can camp there, make a weekend of it maybe some sort of big summer ride will be made for it at some point Though saying that Inverness is probably a tad too far Should have the wheel built up by the weekend with the onza pro diamond rim, hopefully no trouble with the spokes since i used the old ones which have some bends in them from were i miss sidehops Would be interesting to know how much the bike weighs but i dont have the necessary weighing tools

i found them too unstable, and maybe i needed more than my usuall pressure but they seem to rim out far too easily, but if they do come out i might try one with more pressure in (this was on Mr Rankins bike)

hmm, they dont look like echo sl forks, unless they did straight ones at some point which i never saw

yup once my back is better and im used to the bike i plan on making another video, will probably be mostly street with some barrow farm stuff since its now been moved about

barrow farm i personally think it will be far to wet to ride barrow farm

crm's? there not plazmatics on there if thats what your on about try-all croco's in there still need bedding in abit, but i would find it hard to find a better feeling brake and im sure some people can back me up on that, back brake has to be perfectly set up all the time for me

i agree! im certainly not complaining about what happened its to be expected with what happened, everyone messes up once in a while even the pros, the downtube was in perfect condition till this happened just one of thoose things and yes generally the overall finnish and standard on the koxx frames are brilliant but is it really worth another £380 on top of buying a rockman, even though ive pointed out in my other topic my newly aquired rockman and the dissapointment of the paint finnish well researched yes and no, with the white sky i had lots of problems with rear end flex, they also made the snail cam tabs in to the frame which on the drive side lasted all of a few weeks the metal just started to squish, and the paint was awfull to clean just soaked up anything that touched it

any tips on lower back pain? i had to work under a lorry that couldnt go very high on the lifts so was bent over abit while working, since then ive had pain in my lower back area that seems to mostly be around the spine area all the way down to the tail bone, now i can walk and everything it isnt major pain but it stopping me from lifting stuff and riding the bike so any tips would be usefull
