yeah its just some people might take what jt says litrally and think "oh i run it without a lock ring" but its not just jt who says it.

the lock ring(the green bit i assume ur talking about) is needed otherwise the cog will just slip off, or damage it if the lockring is not in place mines pritty good slipped about 5-8 times when i first got it and now it doesnt slip at all only problem is that i do actually have to tighten it every so often like once a month one time my lockring popped off and a spring fell out (another reason why you need the lock ring)

ok looks like i will have buy a new one (Y) im skint at the moment so i might have to go for another cheap one

right turned on my computer today put in a disc then went to go select the drive in my computer and it was gone, so i had a look in device manager at the dvd drive and it said "windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. the driver may be corrupted or missing. (code 39) , my dvd drive being lg i went on to the web site and found a driver of some sort that didnt do anything, does anyone know whats wrong its an LG gdr8163b

find a shortcut of the game and right click and properties the look at the target thing eg C:\UT2004\System\UT2004.exe now put -w on the end C:\UT2004\System\UT2004.exe -w i think :ermm:

playstation 2 will win as more people have it,and pritty much everyone does not realse that xbox is more powerfull and has better looking/playing games and better online gaming i voted pc (N)
