bob (and all the other locals) we will need to do a few days work on the sections before the next event so we've got everything spot on, some of the stuff on friday night was not to my liking and i would have liked to have checked everything thoroughly but just didn't have the time... i'll let you knwo when i'm going to do a course building and testing day... (invite only!)

its near fontainbleu (sp?) isn't it? if your into climbing then go for a few days extra, if you don't know why then i'm not going to explain, if your a climber you should know why...

yes they do work as a bash but i wiouldn't be 100% about abusing it the same way you do a metal one, if your looking for something to do grinds etc on i think a metal on would be better but if its just for f**k ups and getting up walls then it'd be fine IMO

dunno if its been said but dont use that hub with a rear disk for street or trials, the disk bit screws on and will unscrew if the brake is used while the foce is going in a backwards direction. before anyone says it yes i know hardly anyone uses rear disks but some people do so its worth pointing out...

ok i really didn't think that many people would be going all the way to font for the koxx days so didn't think it'd be a problem. i may change the dates but i'll have to talk it over, if i shift the date it will be to the weekend after, not the month after! gotta go to work now so i'll speak to my contacts later and see what dates they think would be good. later all

well if they get boring for you only come twice a year! th 18th march in 7 weeks after this last event and i want to run them every 6ish weeks. there were too many riders for the amount of stuff to ride on friday so it doesn't bother me if we only get 50 riders and i double the amount of stuff to ride. if you don't wana come to every event then keep your eyes peeled for some fun in the summer. we've got something big up our sleeves (Y)

damn right, if you want a trials park stop talking about it and just get on with getting one built... we've been pissed off with there being no trials events in north wales for over 10years now and in the end i did it myself... was it worth it, hell yes, it was a lot of hard work but i think eveyrone who benefitted from it would agree it was worth fighting for...

if we go for the march dates then i'm going to run it from 6.30-9.30 on the friday night and then about 12-6 on the sat so don't worry you'll have huge amounts of riding time... also by having the hall open for so long, hopefully riders will come and go and it won't be quite so manic!!! sorry will but the verdict does seem to be march not feb... i need to talk to you and the rest of the locals soon about north wales bike trials club because i'm thinking of starting a regular club only night... i'll write up a message that covers eveything to do with the club and then send it to you and all the other bangor crew, if you could then show it to any riders who arebn't on the forum that'd be great... see you soon tom

right people can i grab your attention for one minute... here are the three dates i am considering for the next event, if it is either of the first two dates then it will be a low key event using the same stuff that we had on friday, if its the last date there will be loads of new stuff and it will be radically changed, these dates are not confirmed but likely so shich would be best? tues 15th feb sat 26th feb or fri and sat 18/19th march

what about that off duty copper who got jon's ass on the drive from llandudno to bangor and then pulled into a layby later on as we all went past in convoy, i was sure he was goin to get us all pulled over!!! wacky races were cool. can i expect similar turn out for future events people???

well the one in march will be a friday nigth (probably) and definately a saturday afternoon/evening. i've got 2 days at the beggining of feb half term wher i could squeeze one in but its only worth doing if i know i've got 20ish riders coming...

hmmmm i think i contributed to that, i've downloaded about 30 videos this afternoon, i've been continuosly downloading off the shack since 4pm this afternoon!!! see you on the 1st!!!

my only worry is that after the carnage of friday night we may not have a party venue for after the next event!!! i've had such a great weekend i can't wait for the next one, i'm temped to try and slip a little one into half term some time but dunno if i can fit it in... if i did manage to swing it that we could have most of the kit that was there on friday and hopefully a little more would anyone come up for a daytime indoor ride on the monday or tues of half term? if not ther will definately be an event in march and it will shit all over thsi one!!!

na man, matt the nice man made yours, shit if i'd made you a dirty pint you'd have thrown up and not been able to ride for a week!!! i remember aust's drink, it was malibu,vodka and coke and then when he put it down for a min you re filled it with about another 10 doubles worth of vodka, that boy drank about 1/4 litre of vodka in 10 minutes and he was f**ked before he started drinking it!!!
