its terrible terrible terrrible...i did it when i broke my axle for a wee while.. had an LX hub and an eno freewheel. Chain does not move whilst rolling since you have a freehub. you should lean more on your opposite hand....EG: if you ride left foot forward, you should lean on your right hand more that way the stresses in the tubing even out.
