You need a fixed cog on the front because it's just like having a freewheel on the back with a Profile. Just get a fixed sprocket for the front from TartyBikes/SelectBikes etc... :)

When you're done it should look like this. :)

I agree with Simon on this one, if he chooses not to wear a Helmet then no one on the Forum's gonna stop him wearing one.
