My Hiper Type R seems pretty silent. You could always go for a fanless PSU? I saw one that was around £109. Link in a mo'. Humm, I can't seem to find it. I swear it was called the Antec Phantom or something.

Maybe there's air in there? I was watching something on TV the other day and all you have to do is put a hose pipe on the end of the tap in the bathroom then turn the hose pipe on for a few seconds. Might be worth a try? :ermm:
