I'd generally stay away from the pre-mod cases, the build quality of them doesn't seem to be anywhere near as good as say, a Lian-Li which is what I would reccommend- The Lian-Li PC7 Plus (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Lian_Li_Cases_225.html) I'd probably go for a Hiper Type R, a bit over £50 but it's worth it. (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Hiper_461.html) Zalman are renound for making good, quiet CPU coolers (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Zalman_121.html) Or maybe a Gigabyte one with the adjustable speed thing built into it. (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Gigabyte_409.html) I have one of them for sale, MSN me if you're interested Again, I'd reccommend Zalman, I have one on my 7800GT OC and it's silent. (When under-volted to 7V) The card has never gone above 50C with it on so it does a good job. I have a 40GB Samsung SpinPoint P SATA HDD and it's been pretty good. The only thing is that it's only 8MB Cache. (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Samsung_255.html) Also, you might want to check out Western Digital Raptors, they're noisy as hell but they're pretty good apparently. Although they're pretty expensive. (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Western_Digital_192.html) Further down the page for the 150GB one.
