Go into- C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/Windows Genuine Advantage/data Then open the file that's in the folder (data) in WordPad. Highlight all of the text (Ctrl and a) then delete it. Save the file, right click>Properties>Read Only>Apply>Ok. Then a restart should sort it. EDIT: Damn you Tomm.
