  1. Yes, you can put a 19" rim (47mm) on the 2010 RIP frame... Of course with a little modification (not to the frame). The tire does not rub, you have a lot of room on that. To do so, you would have to move the wheel as close as you can get to the front of the dropouts so that the wheel is still straight. You will have to break the chain. Another problem is that you can't run HS33's because the 47mm rim wont fit between the brakes. So how i fixed this was to build a custom booster with built in mounts. The booster has the lower magura mounts built in, and we also have the top caps for either side. Here's a pic of the bike with the 19" wheel.
