  1. I would say def look up the dimensions for the rim and hub and find out what sizes you need for a few different crossings. If u want to save money you may find at least half the spokes may be the right size if ur lucky. The dt spoke calculator is a good one. To build a wheel properly I would say 45 mins to 1 hour.

  3. Get the bike from Wiggle... That way I might get to build it for you! Woop!
  4. it could be the position of your brake levers. I find its best to position the lever so the end of the lever blade is in line with your index finger when you have your hands at the end of the bars I also have mine pointing about 45 degrees downwards from horizontal but i would suggest doing this where it feels most comfortable hope this helps, scully
