  1. yes, but that day spent riding, not bedding it
  2. Great, now it won't be a surprise attack -.-
  3. We're not slagging off other freewheels though.. We're defending the Sl after it's been slagged off. I don't see why everyone should be making such a fuss. It's like it's become a religion, how long before we go to war?
  4. I've just bought a second hand one.. I have a very strong faith
  5. You snapped a pawl.. or you got dirt in it.. either way to could have solved It by opening it up and cleaning it. But it can be a real pain to get the lockring off..
  6. Everyone slating them for not lasting too long, I got mine second hand after being used for a year (I'm very cheap) and It's just recently konked out after 6 months of use.. I don't see that being too bad for a freewheel used for trials, given the amount of force put on them. They're not going to last forever, but they'll be reliable until they do die, and I'd rather have a season on a freewheel I can trust rather than a few years on a freewheel I'm not too sure about.
  7. I was thinking more my dads toys And shall we take this to facebook? We've kind of ruined this topic... (Sorry)
  8. Am I allowed to use a weapon? (sorry for hijacking your thread.. Well done on the 5ft...)
  9. I think Echo discontinuing the silver model really does add that "once you go black, you never go back" Just a shame in this case black is poorer..
  10. I think I may have misunderstood the post.. But well done Brad for reading the comments you're learning
  11. Awesome for 3 months, Bit of a different technique for gaps to sidehops though, Yes you still need to tuck your knees, but thrust your hips towards your bars and extend your legs to land. If you're getting 5ft without this you'll fly with the proper technique
  12. Interesting choice of music there Sweet riding
  13. Yeah helicoil or tap.. And if that's not possible to do there's always a bodged bolt through and nut on the other side option, but I wouldn't recommend it.
  14. That is one of the most sexiest things I've ever seen
  15. I give up, about 5% of my posts are negative, and they're never insulting, only light banter.. some people obviously can't take anything... I'm out
  16. http://www.truffleshuffle.co.uk/store/batman-caped-knee-high-socks-p-8621.html?gclid=CI_fyPXd_7UCFUvHtAodeDYADw Props to you for wearing shorts in winter though wish I wasn't such a pansy with weather XD
  17. Not sure what you mean by "sad" quite broad modern wise, Ludovico Einaudi has some really emotional pieces, But take a look at some Debussy pieces, I recently performed la plus que lente as a saxophone arrangement, a lot of diatonic harmonies and syncopated rhythms make it an incredibly emotional piece. A lot of his work could be seen as "sad".
  18. Lube it up, work some grease into it and give it a good pumpin'
