If I've understood. Yes the echo SL Cylinder washers could work, You could also wrap the Slaves in tape, bulk them out to stop them moving (I've done it with my magura clamps without washers so I know it works) You could also file a small amount of material off the clamps, so you can get them tighter (not too tight)

It's not strictly todays riding but it's a bit of photoshop fun

I'm assuming you're using 18-15 as your gear ratio? You may want to get a sprung tensioner with two jockey wheels. It provides more chain wrap on the sprocket which reduces the chance of skipping.
