How high can I go with the stackers? I assume that there is a safe limit with regards to secure fastening of the stem.

What is the most noticable way of changing the height of the handle bars? New stem or riser bars? Im currently riding a Monty 218 Kamel and I feel that Im to far forward to get good control of lifting the bikes front end. Is this normal on a mod? Im 167 cm tall som im not the biggest guy around either. When I ride the bike with legs fully stretched and pedaling my pelvis is just a bit higher than the handlebars. What is the correct way to have it if there is such a thing? All help is appreciated

I'm from norway and live under an hour from where this happened. So far there are 7 people killed by the bombing and there has been a shooting at a political youth camp where 10 are confirmed dead so far and over 40 people are getting treatment for severe gun wounds. This feels so unreal I don't think I have understood it yet. Just last month I was on that exact spot with my girlfriend and our daughter. It seems that the poeple behind this is a extreme political group of nationalists(if thats the correct word) They have one man under arrest which they think is the man who did it all.

thats what im gonna do just need to find a way to get rid of the slack in my drivetrain so I can be more accurate in my moves. I also thought that was a bit expensive for a part for this bike. Im currently looking into cheaper solutions.

so I need the hole hub new. which means I have to build a new rim? is this hard to do? I talked to a guy in a local bike shop today and he said it might be dry inside the mechanism so it doesnt grip properly. He said this was normal on bikes used in the winter and that have been out of use for a while.

I dont think its the chain. I can see the chain moving in time with me. Im thinking that its the hub. This is not an expensive bike by any means. What can I do to fix this? I have been looking at the tartybikes website but I dont understand half of the stuff there. Is this something that will work? My link Or maybe this? so its much better to keep the MTB I have already and improve on that? one problem i have with my MTB is that there is to much slop in the drivetrain. when I roll forward and want to give the pedals a good pump to make the front wheel come up or such it's about 1/8 of a stroke thats wasted picking up the slop. what can be done to fix this?

Hi. I have a couple of questions regarding this topic I am in the fortunate situation that I can have a BMX bike for free. How can I make it more useable for trial? I know the bike has a very heavy gear ratio and that's not good for trial. Can I use the crank of a offroad bike to get a smaller sprocket upfront? Currently I own a cheap offroader with a very high frame which is not very good for trial. It has got Kona downhill handlebars that are very comfortable that I would like to use if possible. Lastly I would like to point out that I'm a beginner when it comes to bikes and trial so please be kind to me
