Hi all, Ive ordered a Superstar single speed kit and was wondering if anyone could recommend a cheap and chearful chain tensioner for my mad phase 1.2? Thanks a lot for any replies! Aaron

Thanks! What about the tensioner (derailler)? What do i do with that? Yeah it was so bent it was actually hitting the spokes in the first 5 gears!

Thanks that helped a lot! Dont know if im going to go singlespeed though because i dont drive and therefore i cycle to wherever im going to do trials etc. Therefore top gear is quite helpful going up the carriage way! On the other hand though gears just seem to be more hassle than they're worth.. Any advice? Cheers again, Aaron

Hi there josh, sorry to go off topic but what do you think of your 1.2? Ive just had mine 2 days, noticed anythin wrong with it? or right?

I did try to do it myself but it was waaaaaaay too bent for me to get back to normal. I now have it back and when i went into the shop to get it back i was told that the front chain ring was rather bent to -.- Winstanleys bikes..? CRAP! No pedals.. No quick release.. and 15 quids worth of damage!

Hi all, As most of you probably know i am a complete knobis and this is my first experience with magura rim brakes. My problem is that only the the left pad moves onto the rim normally.. the right hand pad doesnt move when you pull the lever and is rubbing slightly. How do i fix this? Thanks, Aaron.

Thanks for everyones replies! I later realised the hanger was VERY bent. Have left it into shop to get replaced I will be converting to singlespeed as soon as ive got the money annd then brake boosters etc

In the highest cog the hanger is actually hitting the spokes How do i adjust it?? Ive tried adjusting screws but nothing.. Please help! Thanks

Its not actually as light as i thought it would be but it is light yeah. Nothing to compare it to mate to be honest.

Hi everyone, Ive just got my first trials bike this afternoon (A Mad Pase 1.2). I took it out for a spin this evening and it was all going brilliantly until i was in the middle of busy town. Every time i pedal the bike like slips in and out of gear.. Like the rear derailleur is pulling it out of gear I ended up walking home as any form of up hill i could not pedal without the chain trying to come off. If anyone can help please do! Any advice or ideas will be hugely appreciated.. Thanks, Aaron.

Hi all, Im new to this forum so i shall introduce myself! Im aaron, im 16 and ive always wanted to begin trials riding. Yesturday i ordered a Mad Phase 1.2 Never been on a trials bike in my life so god knows what will happen! I am a mountain biker though and ive pretty much mastered 'trackstanding'. Anyone got any advice for me? How should i get started etc? Is this bike any good for a beginner? Any advice greatly apreciated! Cheers, Aaron.
