there is no reason at all for any rider to have more than 1 finger, you hvae the bars to hold onto you only have 1 finger to tweek the brake, the brakes are just for control you dont need to pull it hard, thats y u only need 1 finger if u need more than 1, either your brakes are not set up right, or ur brakes are crap your brakes have the strength and power, not ur fingers, ur fingers u should use 4 summin else

yeah I tried that, doesnt look right

just one more thing if you ever catch a south west train, and go in the bike section on the carrages keep your eyes peeled I got so many tarty stickers I dont know where to put them so on every south west train bike section I go on, I put a sticker lol as for the age, I dont honestly know its a 2010 fourplay frame so they cant be any older then that I bought it off some kid only about 15/16, or 17 ish I dont know if he custom built it, or what he changed on it even before they cracked, there was alot of flex in the front end, too much movement init all
-
as they r not alot of good, just wanted to bend it um well I bought the bike second hand, it came with the "because" forks I was told that when my frame first came out, it didnt came as standard as they do now, you had to build it so some 1 at some point decided to put thos forks on not my choice waiting 4 the next train
-
was out riding in london when this happend, rule of thumb, dont buy "because" forks i'm no way near a pro rider, im a noob, I was only trying to hop up a wal, nothing major at all, a sloped wall as well, so a ramp basicly cracked all the way around, all but an inch
-
once out riding in londoon and got a puncture, so got the new intertube in but when I got it back together, the tensioner I didnt set up rite, theres 2 small brakets, that either side that pull the axel evenly I had them the wrong way round and thats what the problem was so yh just give us a pic
-
wow, some people spend days on end playing cod and fifa.. so what if he wants to find out the weight of air.. its just something to have a bit of fun with
-
just a pic of the rear end, so the bk wheel, axel and chain etc, because once the chain did go loose, thats because the wheel was slipping forward, but i just had a play around with it and its ok now, to be honest I dont know how I sorted it but I did lool Just interesting what yours is doing atm

dont buy the zoot Id try one first, or at least have one fresh out the box, because then you know what exactly youve done to it, whats stock whats not you know of any damage etc etc when should i stop, for £40 id have a new one any day, how mine came building it . when Ibought my fourplay, this was bent, and that was out of line, chain snapped, and the axel whashers are chewed up, meaning I had to use a hammer to get them in and out of the drop outs Ive already spent over £100 trying to get it right, but being new to trial push bikes, I have to work it all out If it was brand new, I know exactly what goes wrong where, because at the moment I dont, I cant guarentee every thing on my bike is stock? hanvt a clue only the things ive bought, trialtech spring tensioner ( comes standard with the inspired team bike, instead of my stock fourplay one,) if you can, ride as many 20"s,24", and even 26", dont take the risk of buying that £400 zoot and not like it, you might end up sticking with 20"'s because i nearly did :/

^^^ "How tall are you? because in terms of maneuverability the taller you are, the easier it would be to do trials with a bigger bike (i think!?)" I sorted hight out with buying a new stem http://www.tartybike.../c41p10461.html I bought the 110mm i actually got 2 because I fitted one to my mates onza zoot, as for hopping around, his £440 brand new zoot is more fun than my £1500 fourplay at new as for that zoot you are looking at, dont buy it I can get you a brand spanka for £440, so for £40 more you may as well have a new one being new too it all my self ive had a good introduction I started on a 20", and thats how I learnt back hops and doing a 180* spin on the front wheel but quickly moved too a 24" ( inspired fourplay 2010, found 1 for a good price) after my mate buying an onza zoot like the one your looking at, I decided street riding was so much fun it was for me as me and my mate are both noobs at riding, we r kinda at the same level, as he has a zoot, and I have a fourplay whilst we are learning its really good to see the comparison in price mainly, to see how different they really are, for the £1060 price difference... (fourplay) you get a lot smoother bike, comes with better brakes, much smoother brake leavers, nicer seat, all the little things you can up grade too but the zoot, is really not far off, for the money you cant go wrong, wen ever we go riding, I always steal his beacause the actuall frame iz lighter, for some reason its more fun riding his £440 zoot than my 1500 fourplay, where abouts are you, we should meet up to go riding, I wouldnt buy a bike unless you've tried it, Its easier said than done, we bought my mates zoot completly lucky dip, it was cheap, new, no 1 rides one ( must be a reason 4 it) I had no idea, was i wasting £440, not at all, I highly recomend one but there is always personal refrance, but id still be happy to catch up, me and my mate whos got the zoot always go to london, south bank area riding so just pm me if you interested
-
I ride street as well, 24" 2010 fourplay i put the 110mm on http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/26_inch_stems/trialtech_race_welded/c41p10461.html now that its on, I cant use any thing smaller.. when doing back hops it would screw my posture up, id be too crouched which makes it harder work having a bigger stem really helps for confort, and for manuels, makes it easier to lift that front wheel, id highly recomend it some people say depends if you like it or not I bought 2 at the same time.. 1 for my fourplay, and 1 for my mates 2011 onza zoot, even though his bike iz £440 new.. and mine new iz 1500, for back hops i still prephere his lol

How Long Does It Take To Get Good On A Trials Bike?
Gilbert replied to uk onza's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
depend on what you call "good" after 2 months I can ride fakey? ride backwards I can back hop ( hop on the back wheel) has taken about a month to get the consept of pedal kicks, (pedeling and hoping at the same time) i can hop. and i can wheely, but combinding the two rly screws me up, i can do 2 pedal kicks I can 180* on the front wheel and thats about it, I cant bunny hop properly yet, I can on a stand still but not on the move as high any one can pick it quite fast, as some 1 said ^^ depends how comittted you are, id say practice just 1 hr aday will help loads, i dont but i should, over my 2 months ive done 6 days out riding, 4 london trips, 1 to bristol, 1 at guildford, a few hrs practice at home and thats it try and go to "members organised rides" get to ride with bettter people in public, I found it helped my confidance because im crap and some 1 who is better to explain and teach u -
I dont know exactly what it could be, apart from a bent hanger my axel kept slipping out as 1 prob, but my chain tensioner cought on sometihng spun round, couldn't go any more, something had to give and my chain snapped so a messed up chain tensioner, snapped chain, and back wheel coming off all beacuse I had a bent derailure hanger because i was out and about that day I got even cycles to bend it back, but it still wasnt right, what sorted it was a new hanger, 4 liinks less in the chian to make it tight, and it all works perfect because the hanger was bent, the axell wouldnt stay in, and the tensioner was out of line made the chain snap, had a huge effect on me lol >:/
