Time to upgrade on my current DSLR. It's a Sony A200 setup. It's my 2nd and done me well. I'm wanting something bit more comen and moden so i can advance more. I might ebay it or see if i can do a PX with LCE. Any advice of what to go for?

Currently ridding a Merdia HFS 904 2010 (shimano 105). It's my 1st road bike and i'm loving it. I jumped right in and went with spds, matching 105 pedals and shoes. Need to give the bike a wash and will then post some photos. What scared me was the 145psi tyre presures but when gunning it sure helps

Really bad news. Silverfish have always pushed RaceFace but the moden stuff just never looked that nice i felt. The 2p share buy doesn't even apply for them which is a really bad loss.

It your arm you broke? I highly recomend the powerball. I dislocated my elbow then 6 months latter broke my wrist, scafoid, raidal with it fracturing into the elbow and some of my hand. I spent a good 7 months in plaster. Powerball really helped my recovery. I swam as well kinda hydro pheraphy sort of thing. Basic lifting with cans of beans or bottles of water, streching as well. Im right handed so my left was weeker and much uncoordinated but using the powerball helped this and now its the same as my right. Powerball is an amazing bit of kit. I did a good hour a day with it in front of the tv or sat in the sun. The other thing i got whilest in cast was a Limbo cover so i could shower. Like a condom wetsuite thing and make everything easyer

Im just looking at making my own blog. I was on Facebook but though i'd do a blog than deal with the rest of the world. I've seen the Tartybikes and Clean and really like that simple minimal layout and wouldn't mind something the same but how do i go about it? Anyone got any advise and tips

Tartybikes has it all and no one can beat them. They take onbord what we want and this is why they carry the product range they do. It works, looks good, cheap, doesn't fail. Zhi, Bionic are all sister brands and cheaper market. I got the shop thats done it for years, is world wide known, tests the parts and uses them there self.

Nope they are on display and i want them looking different and nice. There coated before they put them together and there is no way to open it up unless i grind open the welding. It opens a can of worms Sounds good to me. I would really like the bunrnished finsih

There all steel but one is a motor. I can seal it up so nothing can get in. All items are stand alone but will be bolted down to same base. This paint is powdercoat so pretty tough to get off

I'm working on a project and the items i'm using to build are all new but painted black. For reasons out of my control they can not be powdercoated (have windings inside which will melt). I've had stuff shot blasted before so it's raw but it's rought and a creamy gray color. I'd like this to like a ball burnished, raw shiny metal, wire brushed sort of thing. I can then spray them with as clear coat out a can no problems. So what types of media or blastings is best or advised

You need to have an MBR on the drive, sound like you don't! Downlaod kill disk and write zeros all over it, this will clean all data off and give you an MBR write section. Install XP SP3 but create your partiion there for XP and what ever. If you can lable them. Install XP, don't bother about updates, drivers yet. Then boot and install the other OS.

I did the 10K at Ashton Court last year. Took me an hour and 5 mins. Was all XC running. My leading up to it was only 6 weeks. I ran 3 miles to start with, nothing fast just went and did it. Then tried to push. I found a lane thats 3 miles from my house, 1.5 each way. I think my 1st run was 50mins, now i do it in 20. I then started adding distance, increasing it and pushing to go faster. I then did a few full 10K's, 6 miles. I only ran once a week, now i run 3 times a week. I used an App on my iPhone (Distance, it's free) to tell me my distance and time. My best advice is get going, go slow build up but 3 miles is a good point to start! Strech well after or you'll hurt and stiffen up. Be careful of runners poo, i have to take an imodium before or i need to dump mid run, after run you'll dump like the speed of concord! I'm doing the Bristol half but not running it doing something today different with my arms only! Also one more thing, i use to run with my g/f. It helped to have someone there with, chat, push, work off and also if you lucky some fun places to fool about at! Have fun and good luck
