im 80kgs and pretty smooth at most things. snapped my TR's after 5 months. they are wank... i know aluminium isnt the strongest of metals, but when mine snapped it looked closer to thick cheese than aluminium.

personally I would NEVER order from China. I've ordered stuff before (non trials related) and its all total sh*t. you get what you pay for. and if it goes wrong.. your on your own. out of pocket and wishing you'd spent the extra money for the added security. just my 2 cents..

got this sl wheel laying around spare, and might sell it sooner or later. just wondering what its worth. Echo 24" SL Rear Rim, 2 previous grinds. Echo TR 135mm Non Disc Hub. 14t sprocket. onza. black hope spokes, or halo. cant remember. what do people think its worth?

not a trials related bodge... but having a ride at a local skate park and a drop out on my suspension forks completely snapped off. the wheel was only being held in on one side. so with some mates we came up with this... for all wondering.. it is a magura lever that is basically splinting the dropout, then 2 jubilee clips strapping it up, then about 6 or 7 tie-wraps just holding everything together. also i threw a little quick steel into the join, after that i wrapped it all up tight with duct tape and insulation tape. rode on it on the jumps for around 4 hours with no problem, ghetto as fook.

Haha nah the guy who left me the feedback was a scammer, and when i called him out in it he said that i was lucky he didnt come to pick it up cos he would slap me. Haha. I hvent had much luck on ebay lately haha. Just re read my emails and i said "it works fine" and "its a bit tatty"

hmm yeah that would be the reasonable thing to do. thing is that £300 went straight to buying some disabled apparatus etc for my nan, so i'm kinda pissed off that he has decided to say now, if he had of said when he came to pick it up it wouldn't have been a problem. also.. i bought a 1975 campervan as spares or repair. which means its either only good for spare bits, or need repairing right? if i had moaned because it didnt have the original rock and roll bed, cooker and steering wheel.. that just seems so unreasonable on his side?

ive had this problem, tried to go back to a topic and cant find it anywhere. even though it is still there. you have to go for the for sale section bit by bit. its well annoying.

I accepted the 300, he sent me £50 through paypal and came to collect a few days later giving me the other £250 in cash. looked at it and was all happy and then left. then i get this email... I know you listed the item as faulty but you did say it was in full working order The following things are either not working or not as described, Grill Pan, your mother brought out the grill pan when i mentioned it was missing,it was not the right size for the cooker maybe a mistake but no good to me. Your pictures did not show the the burner tops which are all rusty The wok cradle plate is missing The inside handy rack is missing But the main issue is the lower left oven door it is not shown in your picture but rust as made the paint blister and is quite bad,i will send you a picture if you wish. Please don't take this the wrong way,you came across as a good guy just wanting to finance your camper van project,but I had to travel the better part of 8 hours to pick up the item and return home, which was not actually what i expected. Look let me know what you think, refund appreciated then no other action taken. the way you act on this forum.. its like you think your some sort of trials legend. the best one was by far your "a few words about trials" thread. It's like your trying to give us advice? but then in another post your getting a flat from a tiny drop and post a 30 second video of you riding around on some grass and curbs... Rant over.
