I've found those speakers cheaper through Kelkoo. £215 posted. I was thinking about these? I'm gonna visit Richer sounds and ask their opinions really. £220 budget on speakers to be realistic. I don't want to be paying more than that. I want to make sure it's right for the type of music that will be listened to through them. Ones which aren't designed for acoustic stuff! Nick..

You should buy a mac. Dur. Me and my dad were discussing this :S I'd just rent a massive massive club / house place, and make free booze for everyone i know. Anyone any everyone i know. Obviously people I don't like aren't invited, including all chavs etc. Then everyone can have the best time of their life. Pull loads of girls and have fun, all for free. I'd pay off all my family's loans and then give them £50,000 each. I'd pay for a special carer for my Uncle, and all his needs, as he's diabetic and pretty ill. I'd save loads of the money. Say, £63 million if i won £66million. I'd buy some cool stuff like a nice house in the country and a house abroad for my parents and give them loads of the money just to relax and enjoy their lives and be thankful for them bringing me up. I'd carry on school and uni, obviously in a shit hot car, just 'cos you've got to! And i'd probably buy a helicopter. I wouldn't really want to act like you're a millionaire or whatever. Just act normal, try not to change anything. Best not thinking anyway. But it might happen, it might.

hahaha. Ok i'm interested in your Cd player! Best be cheap though. Especially since i'm paying out for expensive speakers. I'm guessing the speakers you linked me to Andy, don't come in a pair? So i'd need to buy 2 of them? That's like £300 and off quid on speakers. Expensive. Couldn't advise anything a tad cheaper could you? That's if the price quoted isn't for a pair. I'm pretty sure i'm going to get that amp. My parents said they'd buy it, so I might even get them to buy a CD seperate too, (probably from you) and then I'll fork out for the speakers. Well! I need some help from your people who know loads about Hi-fi's (Y) I've got about £250 - 300 max to spend on a nice amp for my room, and some speakers. I'm going to put my iPod into it through my line out in it's dock. It's going to need to have good quality and look cool, with being able to send out to 2 sets of speakers preforably at the same time or interchangable. The music it needs to be good at playing etc is Rock / Punk stuff I guess. I want a crisp sound with good treble and mid, but wouldn't mind a separate bass speaker, or good bass in the speaker set. Got to be pretty loud as they're going to be in my room. I'm not sure what wattage this is but my 120watt guitar amp, when it has a line in from my iPod. It's uber too loud! And feeds into 2 x 12" speakers. Just wondering what kind of stuff you would suggest for me. Thanks and any help is much apprichiated. Nick :)

I've thought this for ages, just kept it to myself. Girls are sponsored when they're at a much much worse level than guys nowadays. Cleanbikes is one example. Nadine, being realistic, is probably the worst on the Cleanbikes team by a bit, but she's still sponsored. They want coverage and I think that's stupid.

They'll most probably be on a 10mb line or such. And those tests are relative to how many people are using the service in your local area etc. The more people who are on, using their broadband line to it's full capacity, the less you'll get out of yours. It's 2.2mb when you're the only person using it. It keeps smaller and smaller at peak times etc. It'll most probably work out about 1.7mb. And got a 1mb line, it'll be 850-900kb/sec.
