  2. Yeah I was tempted by them! Quite expensive though! I like the 'Can't ride for Shit' one too, could be fun for school. Engage Clothin and TB's do tee's..
  3. Angle grinder with Grinding or Cutting disk on. Wack your wheel from your frame, go around with it spinning at an angle, leaving a slight indentation. Loads of lines and grooves. Pads grip to them = improved braking in wet and generally a better brake. :)

  13. There's the 10% rule, which means like every one or two sessions, increase your weight load for explosive strength, or reps is you want endurance. Or sometimes a bit of both. Yeah. Alexx knows quite a lot, but I think he does know more about Diet, Carbs, Proteins etc, than gym and reps etc etc. I'm not sure though. Might of just been an impression I got from him. As someone was saying before about lifting a certain weight as much as you can for 2 years or something. That will make the fibers in your muscle become more leinient to slow twitch fibers. This means they're more endurance based, and get tired slower, but have a less efficient 'outburst' of energy. You'll want to work on anaerobic explosive strength really if it's for biking, as endurance is mainly comps and what-not. Laters.

  15. Only got 14.62 Gb's of vids. I deleted some you see. Edit: Got a 250gb internal Hdd and a 150gb external LaCie one (only 71.14 gig left on that though) I'm pretty fine for storage space atm. Need more ram though. 4 gb here we come - I hope.

  17. What? To highlight: LOW WEIGHT HIGH REPS is the key to explosive power.... Erm - No it's not. Low Weight, High reps for Muscular Endurance. As you're working for longer. This is for Muscular Endurance. High Weight, Low reps for Explosive Power, as you're exploding into a high weight load. Low reps 'cos you'll die and make all your muscular fibers become more like slow twitch endurance ones. Actually. Also, work 60-80% of your Max Heart rate. This is the target zone. Work out your max heart rate by 220 - your age. So 60-80% of that is what you want to aim for. If you wonna know anything else, gimme a shout on msn. Nick Edit: Also try eat a high Carbs diet before training. Protein helps but it's for muscle repair mainly. Creatine aids muscle growth.
