Nah £80's about right. I use Dreamweaver 8 and it's pretty good I use it on split and code modes only really, but from what I see in Split the design mode looks alright. Doesn't read some css stuff ALL the time but they're okay in browsers.

A lot of 'emo' girls are hot I think.

I guess it's a pretty good job no-one on here bought the van before it blew up then Whats happened to your front right tyre? It looks f**ked, or have I missed something.. edit: Ah, it's your mudguard. Duh.

My mate's off on holiday there, setting off tomorrow! He's taking his Pitbull too. He's a really good rider, but kinda hasn't been out in Yonks so might be shite. I can get you his details if you want? He'll be wanting someone to ride with a day or 2 i'm sure?

1/4 mile in nearly 12 seconds? That's half a second slower than a Yamaha R1 Superbike which does 0-60mph in <3.4 seconds. That sure is fast if you're not lying!

I've got a circular polarizer and a skylight (similar to UV) if you want either / both / them? They're jessops. Cost me £8 each ish. Used for about a week on my 18-55 Nikon Lens which came with my D50. PS Snappel: Look on the back of your lens cover, it'll say 52mm. Mine are 52mm..

Whos Jumped On The Photography Bandwagon Recently?
Dai the Socket replied to Davetrials's topic in Chit Chat
I jumped on in October ish last year I think. Before I worked at Jessops really. Been in to it for a while, with filming. But I could only afford an SLR for my birthday kind of thing. I like it though. -
Don't buy shit over your means. Why not save up and get one? Less risky and you'll appreciate it more.
-
They'll sell you one for £16 but you won't see it. Ever.
-
No but it allows you to work with all different kinds of lenses to try out different techniques and stuff you absolute wanker. You've got a f**king attitude problem Joe. What happened to you being alright? You seem to just be a fanny these days.

oh my god the girl second in from the right is so hot! She'd defo get it.

I was emphasizing that photography can be very expensive, and we're no-where near pro or whatever. Jesus Rob. And I said before, my college is shit, it's photog course is shit, hence why they're all taking photos on a coolpix3200 and editing them in PS for final coursework.
-
In my opinion, there are obvious benefits for using all digital photography when doing something to create the final photo, however coursework and shit might need you to use film. Let's wait for him to reply to film / digital shall we?
-
The one at my college doesn't. It encourages digital. And you don't need an SLR. A bit of a shambles really.

Find out what the terms and conditions are related to the 'free calls'. They'll most probably be 'local' land lines only. Find out what's local if so, and if there are any time restrictions. We've got 'free local evening and weekend calls' with BT, but evening is after 6, so it's like just neighbouring phone number areas, and mine, after 6 and before 6am and at weekends. Depends how much you'll benefit from them, do your flatmates use the phone a lot etc? My sister just uses her mobile to text a lot, and has free Genie minutes so.. Also, check if you can get 4mb+ connection. Most houses don't have lines which will carry it, meaning they're selling something they 'might' be able to offer in the time you've got a contact with them, which is a f**king skank. I'd avoid BT. They've been looked into for unfair trading and ripping people off. Tiscali sounds good.

If you're wanting 35mm then that's film. You sure you want film? Digital ones start at £400 body and lens ish. Not sure about the second hand ones. Cheapest are Nikon D50, Canon EOS 350D and such. If you want 35mm then I've got no idea. I know my Jessops halifax branch had a 35mm Nikon one for like £120 second hand I think and still have it. Not sure 'cos I don't work there any more. If you want digital, you won't be getting much for "less than a couple of hundred of quid". SLR cameras are expensive. Photography is expensive. Seriously - Especially if you want half decent photos. Chris Radcliffe's camera gear will be £2k+, Rob's near £1k and mine about £1300. Me and Rob are amateurs, Chris is pro so....

HAHAHA! That was amusing. Sounds like Tomm's right, and Ash is wrong.

If you've got through the correct installation process with 'installer' on OSX then you should be fine. Delete the .dmg file or put it somewhere safe if you have enough disk space. I usually keep the dmg's from Photoshop / Dreamweaver etc just incase they f**k up and IU need to re-install for any reason. Saves me downloading them / installing them from the disk I bought You only need to drag a physical application to 'Applications' if it doesn't have an installer file within it. Most big files to, but applications like Limewire, Appleworks etc don't. Photoshop did. If you've got to buy it, it'll usually have an installation process, meaning it does all the work for you And yeah. What Tomm made in bold is what I thought
-
Or you could just shut up while he sorts out his problem yeh? Knobheads.
-
Just re-do it again. Delete Google earth, as if it didn't ever exist. Download the new DMG file. Open it up, drag that 'Google Earth' application to your App's folder. Eject the drive, Delete the DMG and empty your trash. Go to Applications, find Google earth, put it on your dock. End of. That should work fine.

Hahahahaha. I nearly believed that until the 'naked' bit. I pissed myself. Well amusing. I hope you get better soon dude. It looks like it f**king kills!

How much did it cost? I think I might get in to Mototrials when I've saved a bit of money up, and paid off my current motorbike to the parents! Do they weigh a lot? And are they a lot to insure? I'll need to be able to ride it places to get it to rocks etc without using the trailer and don't wonna get raped for it. Then again, might just scrap insurance Are they easy to stop falling over etc? I'd imagine once you're needing to jump off, your bike's a gonner isn't it? My bike at the moment is anyway. 208kg ish!
