Wrong. 6 points and you've got your license* revoked. The DVLA and Police use words for very different meanings. Banned means you have to re-take an extended test after a certain 'banned' period. Revoked means that once you have been put back to provisional status you can apply for your license, then get your theory and car tests booked as soon a possible. Passing then means you have 6 points of a possibly 12. That's what I've got at the moment. Give it next Friday and I'm back on a provisional. Mike, if you want to keep driving for as much as summer as you can, I'd suggest doing what I did, which is taking your license into the police on the 6/7th day from issued, then pay your fine on the 27th of the 28th day. Then takes 2 weeks to process from the DVLA, and then you've got 5 days notice from that letter date until you're back to provisional. I applied for mine once I got the letter so should be here soon, booked my theory already. If you want a chat about it grab me on MSN, 'cos I got 3+3 in the first 2 years I know quite a bit about it.... Nick.

I had an older giffin one with the like G3 iPod or something and it was shit. I sold it. It was like a cackly radio station so was quite disappointed, they might have got better by now though

Hehe. I'm rich with health and poor with money though, I'd rather be ok with both Cheers for the advice, I did already do that actually when I phoned them up a week back. They have had trials with identical chemical compounds already so they are safe and there's been no side effects, and those trials were done 6-7 months ago the guy said. Cheers

Yes? lol. I've got Leeds Festival right before, possibly the best weekend of the year where vast quantities and various types of drugs are consumed, to make it the best weekend of the year. Get me? lol. Leeds fest isn't leeds fest without the paraphernalia!

Sorry, don't mean to highlight what I said again, but you're not really adding to the thread. I'm not looking for you to preach at me in life. I'm looking for some info about Medical Trials. Cheers for the link to erowid. Looks mega informative. I'm surprised they'd phone the cops about Hep B or Aids. Why would they! They're after fit and healthy patients at this place, and they're only Phase 1 trials. I asked about that and the shit has been tested on humans before and is tested in miniscule quantities with no showing sign affects so is pretty safe. I'm looking forward to it

Luckily enough I've got a number 2 all over, they can get the f**k away from my hair! I might move to a bit of a later trail so that I've got a week in between, maybe go easy on the MDMA haha.

That's what I'm hoping for Did you have any kind of Acid Reflux to start with or what? I've got a £470 trail booked, 2 night stay which is pretty mega. Was going to do it with a mate but he's in Greece so might just go it alone. They've got Sky, TV's in rooms, Pool tables and stuff, I'm planning on just being lazy. I am a little concerned about how quickly like Cannabis or such drugs go out of your system, were you especially careful Janson or wasn't it an issue for you? I've got leeds festival the week before

I'm looking into doing a few medical trials for some quick cash and I'm pretty curious about the whole thing, I appreciate a lot of people don't want to and don't like them, that's fine but I'd rather you didn't comment. I'm doing one with Covance who are one of the UK's biggest Medical Research companies, based in Leeds. They're finding out the distribution of certain compounds of drugs in bodies via Urine and Blood samples. Some info about Covance is here. Has anyone done them before? I'm not going to highlight the fact about alcohol and/or drug abuse but I know they'll be able to pick up on the latter one. I'm hoping that a 5-7 day gap between Leeds festival and the actual tests will make it okay. Thanks for any info you can give

Original packaging's a pretty good indicator to whether someone's looked after their stuff to be honest, and if it's stolen or not. I dunno about that, if you don't know much better then the iMacs and Mini's are pretty good. My old Mac Mini which was 1.42ghz was pretty good with 1gb of ram in. My MBP with 2gb of ram and 2.2 Intel processor. £400 isn't a lot, but you could get an Intel Mac Mini for that if you did have extra for a screen, but £400 won't get you much IMO.

I think you're on about Virtual PC (wiki). I had it on my old computer and to be quite honest, It was f**king shit. I'm get to use bootcamp but from the reviews im quite excited. I don't want it to kill my Mac, being Windows and all I can't remember the screen name that you've pictured, but I remember them not being all that good. How much did you say you had? You can buy a brand spanking LG 22" for just under £200 which is pretty f**king good!

I'd say I think I'm going to be in a similar situation but in a few years, I'm pretty interested in how you're gonna go about doing this. I'm hoping to get a Uni placement in my 3rd year in America and then aim to move there after University once I've got a little more money together. If I were you, I'd get looking online / everywhere for jobs, and try to secure a job even if it means you having a video conference for an Interview - I've heard of that happening for placements with the Uni I'm going to. Once you do that and get a job, you can show the confirmation letter to the US embassy and then Apply for perminant citizenship so you can live and work forever. That's what I'd do anyway Hope everything goes alright.

I've been using dual screens for ages, as long as they're both the same size / resolution, you're fine with dragging issues. It's just how you've got the layout of the screen setup. For example I've got a 20" Cinema display and then my 15.4" MBP. Obviously full size windows on my 20" wont' drag over to my 15.4" 'cos they wont fit. Not that many bugs, well none that I've experienced. Link doesn't work for me. Meh Macs are okay lol, £400 might not get you a nice one though. Maybe a half decent one second hand, what models are you looking at? Just iMac?

I'm not up for long distance relationships, at all. I just feel that being with someone from home when you go to Uni can spoil stuff a little, and make things a lot more complicated when they don't need to. I know some people are up for it, I know two people who are trying to stay together for Uni but I'm moving quite far, so not really wanting it. -
Aw man saw it last night! It's soooo good! Best film I've seen this year I think. I want to go see it again lol. Linkin Park for the theme tune is mega too, oh and those little mini robots on the plane rule

The more I think about it, the less I like the idea of the girl that I've been seeing for the past 6 weeks going with anyone else. We've been exclusive for yonks apart from our 1 week break for when I went to Zante, ha, which is a little cheeky of me. Might just ask her out and see how it goes. Gotta stop at Uni though, nothing wrong with being with her until then I guess? Her family's nice, her house is nice, she's gorgeous and wonderful in bed haha. Hmph -
There you go. I gave you something distinctive haha.

Can't remember what mine is edit haha oh yeah thats why, don't have one.

I think what Simon is getting at, is that although your site is alright, and may be meeting your forecasts that with a better website, and a little more structure and professional look you could raise your forecasts and still be beating them, get me? -

That looks good I'd agree with Simon on the website front. Don't rate it much at all to be honest. Took ages to load on my computer which is fast with broadband, and why are you marking the URLs?
