Chains stretch especially with the stress your putting on them in trials.

No dont do that just take 2 links out of the chain, if you take the pin out the spring wont work.

wondering if anyone can help, i have a 2011 magura hs11 and it leaks from the lever, i have took it all apart and everything looks fine, but i noticed there was grease on the piston, if i put more grease on the piston and inside of the lever body will this stop the leak or will, i need a new piston or seal. what do i need the seal a new piston

my 2011 hs11 is doing the same thing all the fluid ran out so i got it rebled and its all ran out again do i need a new seal

I had the same problem, the tensioner wasn't giving enough tension.

I have an 09/10 carrera vulcan, and it doesnt come close to that

NOOOOOOO DO NOT PUT WD40 ON YOUR BRAKESSSSSS !!!!!!!!!!!!!! loosen the bolts on the clamps push both pads to touch the rim all the way then slightly pull the lever to make the slaves out slightly then tighten the botls up and adjust the red thing on your lever not sure what its called untill the brake feels right for you, hope this helps

im pretty sure halfords just let any retard work there, i took my bike there for a service and it came out in a worse state than it went in.

I love squeaky brakes, because they annoy my neighbors, and they mean you brakes are gripping well, if they are slipping though i have a mate who will sell you some tar, and if you rub that on your rims every few hours your brakes will be amazing (although they might squeak louder).
