  1. http://www.firstthird.co.uk/video/Scotty%2...5%20-%20Med.mov Have to see this. First ever flip-double-whip ever pulled in a contest plus some more bits (biggest frontflip loop ever!) This stuff just keeps on happenin!
  2. Haha I remember being outraged at a few things in the past but that seems a little excessive :S As far as i'm concerned Onza have improved in every way and I actually respect that a lot. Remember though, if you come onto TF as a company/brand directly then you're treading a rocky path. At this point i'll point out what happened to the last British bike manufacturer to regularly post on here *cough* PX. Advertising? I guess every new product that gets talked about could be classed as advertising, it all depends on who it is posted by. If it makes you and the admins happy Mike..i'll get one of my mates to post and say "oo have you seen Boon's new bike..it's mazie." next time. And also for your enjoyment, I won't ever mention Onza ever again :( Peace out
  3. Berridge*^ As far as I was aware the thread was about reasons why people bashed Onza, and those were 2 I came up with - old or not. (Coming onto a public forum and effectively trying to shut down your competitors / put people off certainly stuck in my head as being a bit off, especially since trials is so small) As everyone has said, they don't get much shit anymore, and rightly so. Things have improved amazingly since the first bikes (I was around when the "first" Onza stuff was about, but I don't mean that) and all the troubles, and the stuff seems pretty decent with rider input etc. A lot of it might be similar to other frames but everyone does that nowadays. As far as blatant advertising goes, I believe there is a thread in trials chat too about a new "Toxin" frame which has just come out with the spec listed etc. It's there because it's a new frame on the market and people want to see what it's all about and know all the info about it. That's what I did with my post - a new frame (bike) on the market. :D

  6. when onza make multiple forum accounts..to ask questions which they answer themselves and big themselves up and start threads about anonymous online trials retailers being illegal for not postng their address on their site they deserve a bit of shit "

  10. to be fair they both look a bit lame at this point (especially v-festival) i'm gonna hope the concrete jungle stage for reading is good. i still bought a ticket for reading cos i had nothing better to spend my money on and the chances are it will be amazing as ever. i had to get up at 8am and drive my ass to bath for doors opening of HMV on saturday to get my ticket  cos i was lazy and didn't order one online or quickly enough when the lineup went out (Y) edit: o ye..going to nass as ever. and wasted festival :o

god u guys...stop gettin ur willies out over the street vs natural arguement it's been sorted 100 times over all you need to know is street / cro-mo was tried on a mod (t-bone) and you see.. u CAN'T ride street on a mod..look wat happens :P" :P :o :P :P lol
  15. http://slipknot.home.uos.ac.kr/federal_steven.wmv steven hamilton's section from the federal DVD ripped onto the net. pegless street, super super ballsy but somehow tech you gotta appreciate that he could have actually died on the last 2 moves at least. :P :D
  16. CLERKS and then.. se7en, usual suspects, pulp fiction
  17. well i'll probs be in the pub drinking anyway (£1 a pint in brizzol on tursdays) so does that count? half an excuse to get bladdered is enough for me cos i'm a silly billy :) i was in said pub last night (i'm a hardman (Y)) and i was looking at the guiness promo. and it said "warning..consumptuion of large amounts of alcohol may cause you to act like an idiot" - pure comedy. i understand why they have to big it up so much...cos no one drinks guiness cos it's (Y)
  18. yea i get MBUK always and i deffo think this is the best one for aaages i cried when i read the aton backflip interview (Y)" the dvd is okies..the part of danny i'd seen all before and also the chris smith (squint) part. but u can't complain the rest for free can you! :) deffo pretty fly this issue..all aspects. even the bike test is decent with some good mid range full DJ bikes (Y)
  19. i used to find i could wallride a pallet at like 88 degrees but bottled a vertical wall then i found a small slope to wooden shed (which gave a little) and was able to try that..learning on somethin with a bit of give helped me but to be honest i believe that if you ride towards a wall at 90 degrees and carve 45 to whichever side and hop..you won't bust yourself at all. takes a while to get your carve sorted and the back end flicked right up but as people have said..commit like f**k and you'll do it easy peasy. :) (Y) (Y) :P
  20. yeh damn right. a quality one that's for sure. think i prefer "porcelain hearts and hammers for teeth" just cos the dude's voice cracks me up and i love the beatdown afterwards :S plus the lyrics are damn good. Across Five Aprils is jammed on my radio at present (Y)
  21. yeh shack it and more than about 3 people will be able to see it :)" then more people will reply lol
  22. this is all of the video i linked plus a bit of jeff lenosky on the end
