I don't really see your point though I'm talking about in the region of 35-40" - you don't need to tuck. people have been side hopping that using the front to back (no tuck) for like, 10 years on less suitable bikes than people currently ride? higher than that, yes of course you may need a tuck. but people putting 20" sidehops on this thread with stupid tucks is well, stupid.

anywhere around or below 38-40" on mod or stock you can easily do by transferring your weight onto your front wheel (almost front to back) and using that to get up - not tucking at all! looks far better IMO.

Okay so this weekend doesn't involve riding for me but i thought it'd be funny to post your weekend plans. Friday / tonight Pub early evening, get a curry at home and have a few ciders. Then go to the late showing of Saw IV with a few more ciders. Saturday Mate's arriving from Brighton so meet him and do the rounds in town in Leeds I expect. Have a few drinks in the afternoon. Then in the evening WAX:ON taking over the entire Leeds Uni union. The line up is Annie Mac, Scratch Perverts, Boys Noize (absolutely love them) and Chromeo. Should be spectacular! Sunday Doss about, try and do some work / probably end up drinking. Then in the evening 2manyDJS / Soulwax / Niteversions are playing Leeds Uni union which should also be spectacular! As you can tell im a little excited haha. So, post away...

I was trying to avoid posting in this thread but this made me smile. Do you know all the goings on and politics behind unions, pay & pensions, the government and the royal mail? I doubt it. So calling them all arseholes is a bit dumbfounded. People don't just go on strike en masse without good reason or real issue This thread will be locked soon, but I think if you're a sponsored rider I think you represent that company as a whole and do have a certain responsibility beyond just riding.

That's very odd. Girls are f**king wierd man! Why'd she do that to you if she was only trying to get to your mate?! If he was leaving, what she should have done was told you straight up she liked him - I bet he wouldn't have left then! And you could have found someone else.

I was gonna say the opposite and both leave her alone haha. If you're both tight mates and you both really like her, it aint worth falling out over a girl. Did he/you know her before the party? Or is it a case of you made the effort at the party, and she just decided to fancy him instead?

That's what I was trying to say... I know most people will have cancelled but it would be pretty funny if for one day people honored these orders. ASDA would have to get in a huge delivery of heineken crates and go round trying to deliver them all day haha. Surely people would be perfectly within their rights to turn round and say they wanted a refund on their goods now they're full price, and they'd have to drive them all back to ASDA and be stuck with a load of excess stock?

haha they're sending out emails now to cover themselves..if you ordered you should get one soon. it's a personal written email saying they cocked up and the order's cancelled. still, gives the ASDA staff something to do late on a thursday evening!

Okay guys, get real quick on this before they realise and change it!! ASDA have made an error on their site and have put 20 pack crates of heineken lager in their database as £0.10 instead of £10.00 GET ONLINE AND ORDER NOW The max crates you can order is 24 and you have to spend over £25 to qualify for delivery..but just buy some groceries or something as well (or more booze!) I just ordered 24 crates of heineken for £2.40 (480 cans!) and a load of cider ONCE THE MONEY GOES THROUGH your account, they LEGALLY have to give it to you for this price Job done! Happy drinking

yeh i guess you're right but i think that there's something to be said about not playing well and still scraping through teams which play amazingly really early on don't tend to get very far, oddly i think we're a bit of a big occasion team. such as today

anyone excited? scared? retain the trophy? i think so!

money saving ideas: - drink frosty jacks or similar white cider - take drugs - eat beans on fried bread every day (actually really nice)
