Im not sure it would be any easier for jonny to use css, every time he redesigns it changes completely! its not like he just changes a few styles and adds a pic or two, its a complete redesign. Each to their own, I personally would use a style sheet for some of the basic things you have allready defined, Just so you can modify them with ease should you need to. get grinding discs, theyre the thick ones (about 1cm) and as long as theyre new and pretty square edges they'll work fine. get an old shitty rim and warm up/practise on that.

I personally dont think the grey headers work very well, the main ehad bit at the top is perfect - I would do something similar with the grey bits? Other than that, nice redesign
