Daily; Not daily; ^ spent best part of a year building this from shell up

Agree on BMI, but also posting height and weight does not mean you are not muscular, strong or in bad shape. Before working full time I used to have body fat measured regularly as I was training regularly and peaked at 8.9% and was still 6 foot and around 15.5 stone. I know you preempted it by saying your not trying to offend anyone but the way you phrased that paragraph was very condescending...

Completely disagree with the previous comments about creatine and preWO - I have used both successfully. Protein shakes are designed as alternatives to high protein foods for convenience not the other way round so you should explore these first. 6 foot, 100kgs if anyone cares haha!

How about you put your opinions, thoughts and keyboard in a bin, any bin and make everyones Christmas!

... was waiting for a witty retort. Why would it be strange that I fit the reputation that Essex guys have got? If we 'Essex' guys (noting the assumption you have made based on my forum location - rather than where I am actually from) have got a reputation then surely it would fit the bill that I am representative of it. Equally interesting that you can come to the assumption that I am a tool from a single forum post. However, with that in mind and with over 2000 forum posts - this is a skill you have probably become quite fluent in rather than engaging with actual people. I agree the people in 'The only way is Essex' are plebs but if they made 'The only way is Norwich' I am sure it would be full of people with 6 fingers and toes, covered from head to foot in hair who have an equally appalling accent. Which is wierd, 'cause you're the first Norwich person I've had 'contact' with who I can imagine would be as much of an incestuous Norfolker as those inbreds that might be featured on 'The only way is Norwich'

You can still buy the shells new; http://www.aspirevel...CLASSIC_BMX_R32 This guy is selling a completely knackered (snapped axle etc.) King Hub for £60 (which makes mine look like an absolute steal!!!) Maybe he would do a cheap deal on shell? http://www.trials-fo...-echo-inspired/ Or as above, just lace a 32h on there and it will be fine!

Change the piston in the lever. However, extra weight / more things to go wrong. Probably best to stick with one or the other properly set up.

Built this; Now selling it!...

I have only ever ran 175mm cranks on my stock

IMO powdercoat isn't that durable. 2k or 2 pack is best but don't do it yourself - its pretty toxic. You need a decent carbon respirator and be outside at a minimum or a clean air supply which would not make it cost effective for you.

Pop a couple of spot welds inside the freehub!

Fit! Should get an old school brown leather saddle and cruise around on it, too pretty for trials.
-
We should put that kid on an M5 and Dani on a stock and see who wins. New monty looks awesome.

I take it you want to run gear with a front freewheel?

Hi, I am trying to find a shop participating in the cycle to work scheme which allows you to buy a bike before tax and pay back over 12 months. Great opportunity for me to get a new trials bike and make the associated tax savings at the same time, except I cannot find somewhere who sells trials bikes. Anyone have any ideas? Tarty are not participating in the scheme sadly. Tom

I agree with Matthew, thanks for the heads up. Will stop anyone else lending parts without them being returned!

Forearms and Back for me!

I have never used nitromorse and cannot understand why you would want to take it back to metal? I have my own equipment and have sprayed a few cars. Key the surface. Prime. then... Either direct gloss cellulose or base and lacquer.
