  1. The levers are a bit plasticy and feel a bit flexy. I'd go with a Hope Trial Zone, mine are truly amazing! And they feel good too
  2. Probably more accurate that a cheap luggage scale, I weighed some luggage and it told me it was 25kg, I then stuck it on the bathroom scales which showed it was actually 15kg.
  3. I'm gonna say 1.69 seconds. Shane
  4. It's not a flip-flop design, it only has one diaphragm.
  5. That's almost definitely not 7.7kg, as Jamie Williams' Speedrace is dual maggie, pretty much all titanium bolts, and super light cranks. Weigh yourself on bathroom scales, then weigh yourself holding the bike, then take your weight away from you and the bike. http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/topic/179983-jamie-williamss-speed-race-fan-evo/
  6. Your right brake lever is upside down, it'll f**k the seals and diaphragm. Nice bike though
  7. Nice as f**k. But I doubt it's 7.7kg with that back tyre and a bb7
  8. Shimano XTR open bearing hubs run smooth as f**k, you just have to service them more, but they still can be super smooth.
  9. Chain whips aren't meant to take that much load, so they just snap. There's a good tutorial on tarty bikes on how to take one off.
  10. Surely the frame was made with the mounts on, welded and everything then heat treated.. So it'll already be weakend, and removing it will make no difference? We need Rob Leech to see this.
  11. Mine do it aswell.. I'd say it's a problem because they wear like ) ( that against the rim.. and it feels shit. I'm thinking about whacking them into some metal backings to see if they are a snugger fit in the slave.
  12. It is, see the little bits of paint missing just above the magura mounts? That's where I put new nitromors on and left it for 40 mins..
  13. I've found the Nukeproof pads to be really good on my hope brakes..
  14. You do want a bit of grease on the bearings to make them smoother and last longer.. GT85 and the like just help get rid of water and clean things up, they don't necessarily lube things.
  15. I had to stop watching it because I hated the music so much. I'm sure it was a great video though.
  16. If it's an 05 HS33 the bleed port doesn't face up. You put the lever at a downwards angle of 20 degrees.
  17. There's another video of a guy gapping huge across benches with no chain.. Soon as I have no chain I just face plant.
  18. Because it'll be f**king bombproof. Also them red sidewalled tyres look hideous.
  19. Danny Swindlehurst done it a while back. Not sure how though.
  20. I think the last time I weighed it, was about 40g a side.. so pretty good. I don't understand the second part?
  21. I've never had a problem with any of my try-all tyres slipping on anything, and there over 150g lighter.. so that's a win in my book.
