Download the SUPER program and set it up with these settings. To put your video file in the program you can just drag it to the empty box at the bottom.
Also, if you want to make the conversion a bit more precise and you're running Windows 7 (vista might work too) copy one of the video files from your camera to your computer. Right click on the video file, click properties, click the details tab at the top,
Once you have all the settings clicked correctly just press the Encode button at the bottom. If for some reason it gives you an error you can try clicking the "DirectShow Decode" button near the top right and try again.
I believe by default the program outputs files to C:\Program Files\eRightSoft\SUPER\OutPut.
