  1. could be the newer zoo pads after the compund was changed, cousts in plastic backings ? koxx greens
  2. that was siiiick, very impressive riding man
  3. iv been looking at that for a while adam i might have to invest, if that doesn't solve it im going ffw, im pretty sure my axle is fine everything runs smooth and its funny how its never the other bearing thats furthest out, iv had that one in since iv had the hub
  4. right the issue is, im contantly blowing the bearings in a pro2 driver (the two that sit together closest yo the ratchet), i always buy good quality ones like skf or whatever but they still only last me a month at best anyone else have this problem?? anyway just wondering what other stuffs out there strength wise thats better than just the normal cartridge ball bearing ?
  5. are you on crack ?? echo XTP ?? ok then, if anything the headtube looks vaguely like a czar but thats about it
  6. yeah they are THE best no comparison to any other i cant believe the design is like 10+ years old and they're still lighter and stronger than any other crank on the market
  7. id go for this if you can http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/26_inch_rear_rims/trialtech_sport_rear_26_inch/c25p10476.html
  8. its just all round better quality stuff, guarantee it will last you longer and probably make your brake better aswell
  9. i got completley banned on my old account because lazenby posted my arse up for sale and loads of other random stuff through my account, its not the end of the world to make a new one anyway
  10. HIIII GUYYYZ, me on the right there wid me brosef's
  11. if your taller you want a lower bb and a higher front end, i run a mod stem on my A1 and it feels lovely
  12. yeah i think ill take it all to bits and give it a good service the arms haven't even been touched since i put them on like 18 months ago :| the levers fine though its an sd7 and its fairly new, sorry for kinda stealing your topic paul
  13. the thing is with the low spring tension i find it makes the lever feel sloppy and just generally not nice
  14. ali if you dont mind me asking, how did you manage this, my vee is pretty smooth but my maggie is smoother
  15. now then, just wondering if anyone has ever tried making hub springs out of various different materials as im forever snapping the standard ones, iv got some tape mesure in there at the moment which is doing alright it lasts about the same as a normal pro2 spring, anyone got any suggestion
  16. sounds about right but id suggest a trialtech rim if you can afford to splash out a little more
  17. nothing wrong with pro2's, i own one but given the choice id go for FFW its generally lighter, moves the weight more central to the bike, cheaper and cheaper to replace any parts in future, gives you a stronger wheel due to the wider flange spacing, easier to maintain, the list goes on, so yeah id go front freewheel
  18. oh this will kick up a fuss lol
  19. hey your getting closer!, still get the feeling your trying to just fit as many hops in on the front wheel as you can rather than actually using the hops for balance, but good luck to you
  20. this is what my bike used to look like about a year ago, pretty close to the look your after
  21. one of the best frames ever! with modern lightweight parts, sounds like a good combination
  22. but the old urbans where only like 800 and i still have mine ?
