about the bolt thing, if its not in there stupidly tight then cutting a little slot in the top for a screw driver to fit then just turn it out that will work, if its like topped out on the bottom of the frame you will have to get a drill and start really small and keep going at it with bigger and bigger bits till its gone then re-tap it

yes i know what you mean it took me a while to get out of some habbits, i can spin my 'right' way perfectly fine but when it comes to manual 180s i have to do them oppo using my pedals to spin

right, i see these topics everyday everyones going to say a different thing the only way your gunna know is by trying a set of pads out yourself, im running lgm's front and back and they are THE best pads iv used in 6 years iv been riding, not having a go like but its just the same thing all the time with these kinds of questions
